I am so sorry to hear our room and bathroom size is not up to your expectation and a glitch (small bug) that you experience during your stay. Through a twice-a-month pest servicing; and everyday checking of room cleanliness, this small bug are inevitable at times, they are certainly frustrating and something you should not have to deal with. We were hoping you could come to us immediately when such glitch occur; we will RESOLVE it for you. And for your next stay, why not consider our Superior room instead (it is far more spacious and SURPRISE - it comes with window!).
