Awful experience
It was an awful experience. The room that hotel gave me was occupied by someone. When I open the door, there was a man inside and the front desk staff blaming me that I went to the wrong room- I argue with him because the key card he gave me, how could I go to the wrong room?
Second, my friend's room was full of flies, very dirty so she requested to exchange room.
The cleaniness was bad, the housekeeper didn't clean everyday.
The hotel was crowd and noisy.
Overall it was a very uncomfortable journey, I do not recommend people to visit and I would never visit again.

Bad place, Bad room, bad Exp!
Small room with poor design. The bathroom door won't open fully without blocking the corridor inside the room. And the air circulating inside the washroom is terrible, making the bathroom smelly.
The room even does not have a fixed table. Offering a small and movable table, I feel very uneasy when using my computer as a businessman taking a business trip in SG.
And the location of the hotel is super wrong! No convenience store, no shop, no food nearby, and only have 4 gas stations rounding the hotel. The "Mall" under the hotel only have a bar without supplying food. And no other kind of shop inside. Walk 20mins to the "near" MRT station.
Unless you only need a place to wash and sleep. Otherwise, I strongly do not recommend this hotel to everyone.

Dirty, no privacy and no assistance
Towels are extremely dirty with obvious stains. The towels are so soiled that you don’t want to use. Called for assistance at around 12:xx am but no one pick up the phone. Basically, the hotel does not care your needs. No privacy inside the room. You have to put your clothes and towels outside the bathroom but your partner will be able to see you when you open the bathroom door. Highly not recommended!

We do provide complimentary shampoo/body gel as well as coffee sachets and tea bags in our rooms.The nearest convenience store to stock up on your daily necessities is but a 5 mins walk away.

Many customers there are from mainland China. But the main point i want to say is, they always making huge noise when closing doors in the morning and talking loudly next to my room. The room environment just pass but i recommend the hotel can better to provide bottle of water instead of boiling water for the customers. And hotel location is quite far away from the train station also, a bit disappointed on it.

I found the kettle in my room was not working. I was quite sure no problem with the power as I changed the socket and got the same result. Then I wrote it down on a note and put the note beside the kettle, to remind the housekeeper to get it solved. However I didn't get any feedback in the end.
After the night, I went out. I returned in the midnight and was ready for a shower. To my surprise my personal plastic bottle and toothbrush were gone. I compromised and went on my shower. I let my body wet from head to toe and was ready to use shower gel, but only to find the gel bottle was gone too. That must be a careless housekeeper forgetting to hang a new gel bottle to replace the old one. At that moment I really felt irritated.

There were a lots of defects in the room; curtain was no working, some lights were out of service; the fridge was no cold enough, room was not so clean.
The sound prove was bad; I could hear clearly the voice from next room.
The hotel shuttle was never available and I was not informed why.

差在位置方面,其它都不错
酒店笑容服务值得100分,但是地点位置确实不是那么的理想,在Tai Seng 地铁站距离酒店步行需要20分钟--如果在晚上步行回酒店就没问题,如果在炎热的下午步行回酒店,就是大问题。虽然酒店去Tai seng 地铁站有免费的shuttle bus可以乘搭,但是需要提早预订,通常从酒店去地铁站都能安排到时间,但是由地铁站回酒店就不能预算到时间,所以每次都在外逗留到夜晚才步行回酒店。在这里逗留了4天三夜,吃得都是同样的早餐,味道一般,酒店房间不错。。

有停車場
房間間雖然不大,只能夠打開一個行李箱,裝修不錯,環境乾淨,舒服,免費停車場,有free shuttle bus ,下次還會再次入住
