Mall across the street.Hope room can be more comfy
The staffs are really nice. Pillows are really hard to sleep on, it looks fluffy but flattens very easily, causing neck pain even with two of them stacked together. Breakfast is with a lot of options but dishes are really dirty. Dried food pieces on a lot of the bowls and plates. There is a mall across the street and a supermarket as well. Really convenient location.

Upon check in, none of the bathroom items were provided. i.e. no shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, soap. The bathroom was basically empty. And the room was not ready. I checked in at 2am and just wanted to goto bed but had to wait for these items to arrive . Staffs were NOT apologetic at all on the issue, bad attitude in general .

希望能更新及改善設施
以四星級酒店而言仍可接受，但餐廳只得兩間太少選擇，自助早餐也不見得有特別的菜色，連三文魚或壽司都沒有，而且桌與桌之間太近，以致出入取食物的時候要互相遷就。 洗水間設備太陳舊，連毛巾也比較陳舊，最大的問題是房間的書桌上沒有預設電插頭給住客使用，以致我要使用電腦時必需將其枱燈或電話插頭移除方能使用，在今天電子世界裏這些重要的設施都沒有裝備妥善實在不能接受，唯一可取的是房間的空間還可以接受。

It was my first time to visit Singapore and luckily chose an ideal hotel for our 3 nights stay. All the staffs (including the drivers) were helpful and friendly. Though MRT was not around at this moment, the hotel is close to the public bus station that helped us arrive the destination easily. And also the shuttle are very convenient too.

離公車站很近一出來就有，對面是很大的商場也都有得吃，員工非常親切，櫃檯服務員Ruby詳細介紹旅遊資訊使我印象非常深刻，值得讚賞的服務，生日剛好在這家酒店度過，還特地送來蛋糕祝福，還有免費機場接駁，行李丟在酒店就去玩了玩回來直接去機場，超方便，如果有下次我一定一定會再住這間，酒店沒有任何問題，非常棒。

不俗的酒店
我們一家四口入住，房內空間足夠，兩張三尺半床也不算太擠迫。酒店不近地鐵站，但酒店對面有巴士站，加上我們多數乘搭的士出入，所以交通也算方便。酒店對面有一個熟食中心，食物美味又便宜，海南雞飯一碟只是$2.5坡幣，超值又好味！那兒也有一兩間找換店、便利店等，對旅客來說十分方便。
