Given then price I don't think it's great value. Service wasn't exceptional. Breakfast is expensive and limited choice. The only positive is the proximity to where I go to work.

飯店人員的培訓還需要加強
House keeping的服務不太到位，備品常常落東落西，浴室的水壓太小。床單觸感有點粗糙。check in時櫃檯服務不太成熟，沒有問我扣款的方法就擅自使用預約時的信用卡。飯店地點確實很方便. 一樓concierge 的服務很熱心

飯店位置在牛車水，四周無論是商場還是餐廳選擇都很多，飯店很新，服務人員辦理check in/out時有問題詢問都很親切，房間乾淨舒適，還有附流理台及微波爐等簡易料理設備，即使不想在外用餐也可以帶回飯店自行料理，下次入住會優先考慮此飯店。

Hotel provide free late check out. (i.e.2pm) It is very good for me because I want to shower before go the airport. Nice place and good experience when stay in this hotel. The staff very helpful and nice. Close to Chinatown MRT station. Easy to find shopping, sightseeing, meals etc. I will stay this hotel again when I go to Singapore.

Very much appreciative of the hotel staff letting me use the shower room facility since we landed in Singapore at 6am and allowed an early check when a room was available. Kitchenette was useful, easily walkable to many hawker centers. Only con is that the bathroom shower smelled a bit musty like it needed to be aired out more. Otherwise this was an overall great hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

喜歡：整潔度、員工素質和住宿環境和硬體
The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities. Check-in is on the second floor but it was easy and quick. The concierge Supra? Subra? Not sure his name but he was a rockstar! He went above and beyond and was super nice and considerate. He helped me freshen up after a day of exploring and called a taxi for me to go back to the airport. Truly a wonderful experience.
