Not a Boutique Hotel at All
We checked in on Dec 28 for US$218 for one night stay at the "Family Loft". We got a room on the ground floor where you can hear the elevator "ding" when it arrives, and people walking across the lobby. The room has NO WINDOW. I was told there are rooms of the same type but they are not available at the period. The only ventilation is the air-conditioning which faces directly at the master bed on the upper floor. So you either freeze the people on the upper floor to death or you suffocate the person on the lower floor. The room is super tiny without enough area to open even one suitcase. I found ants in both sleep areas. The bathroom has no separation between the shower and the toilet. This is not a "boutique" hotel. The setup is a budget hostel. There is no art or design that you'd appreciate. The only thing that associates with a "boutique" hotel is its price. If you were a budget traveler, this hotel is likely overpriced. You can definitely find similar price budget hotels that at least would give you a window. But if you actually have a larger budget but got misled by this hotel's "boutique" name and fish-eye photos on the website, you would be very disappointed. The staff is helpful and friendly, being fair. Stay away from this one: if you have the money, you will find this place disgusting. if you are on a budget, you will find this place over-priced.

我們在貴網站訂購已列明2大人，2小孩。但房間只有用品三份。致電前台，他們告訴我們，我們只付了三人價錢。但仍會按我們要求提供第四份用品。 被分配房間空調是壞的。要待維修人員核實，才換了房間。令拖著疲累身軀的我們，浪費了寶貴的休息時間。房間不舒適，住一天勉強可以，多住一天切勿考慮。

很多評語關於房間太少因而不滿等問題，但來自香港的我，對這種房間還是十分滿意。百餘平方英呎，約18英呎樓底再加上約五十平方英呎的閣樓，知道這樣子的樓房，在香港現在賣多少錢？要差不多港幣三百萬！新生代窮一生只能換來這樣的所謂“樓房“，當真和諧！

飯店位於殯儀館後方，地理位置不佳，隔壁飯店在施工（8:00-18:00）早上容易被吵醒，而且飯店隔音設備不好，半夜常聽到隔壁房客的動靜，房間空間狹小，但附近有兩站MRT是交通便利的最大優點。

Sir/Madam, The adjacent building is undergoing some upgrading works. It may have intermittent noises but it does not carry on the whole day. There are 3 MRT (Farrer Park, Lavender & Bendemeer Stations) within 6 - 12 minutes walk from the hotel. Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences caused during your stay with us. Can't find a better hotel than Arton in this price
The hotel is very near the East West Line and Downtown Line, less than 8 mins walk. You can easily to find food shop surrounding the hotel. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned, no special smell but just a bit small. Special note the neighbor building is under construction, sometimes will have noise but still acceptable. I will recommend this hotel to all travellers

Clean, tidy hotel. Great staff that are helpful.
Cannot checkin on time thus contacted staff in advance for alternative arrangement which was soon replied with appropriate actions taken. Hotel generally clean and tidy, does not stink, and offers great price for its value.

地點不錯,離勞明達出口走路約8-10分鐘,附近有很多美食,也有平價超市fairprice及mustafa約10分鐘,不建議去mustafa東西擺設太亂,人太多,東西不好找,有的比fairprice貴,所以後來都去fairprice買,而EW11附近也有很多美食及可以買麵包當早餐.另外有一天回到飯店可能太晚,所以最後洗的熱水變冷水,要注意一下,整體還不錯,飯店房間的飲料及餅乾是FREE,無需再付費.另外新加坡的牛奶還不錯,價格可接受,可以牛奶當水喝

Fair and clean hotel, 10 mins walk to MRT
Cons: twin room got maintenance problem and got free upgrade to loft room. However, a bit disappointed cause the room is very small. The room has no windows and has some smell of cigarette when air-con turned off. The bed and pillows are not that comfortable either. Pros: The room is clean in overall and the bathroom is quite nice. Location is okay cause it only takes 10 mins walk from Lavender MRT station and there are some restaurants nearby.
