This building has a centralized air conditioning system so the average temperatures are set to the rooms and the guests can control the temperature few degrees up or down but not a drastic change. If the room is too hot we can change the setting to lower the temperature. If you decide come stay with us again, we would love to give you a better service next time. Please let me address the issues with cleanliness and insect bites: the rooms are constantly being fumigated by a specialized company and always being cleaned by our housekeeping. If you suspect you had insect bites during your stay, we wish you could have spoken to us.
