老闆娘很友善，貼心
Ponny是老老闆娘，她很細心，入住的早一天已whatapps 我say hi, 我們到了便來接我們，每天問我們行程，要不要教我們搭車，真是很貼心。 每天都會有飲品送給我們，地方很乾淨，住得舒適。

飯店人員很親切,房間也很整潔舒適,地點雖離地鐵有一小段距離,但一切都蠻不錯的,如有機會再去,仍會住
第一天下飛機就開始找飯店了,找了幾個小時都找不到,當天好冷,飯店可能一直等不到我們,有主動聯絡我們,是否需要協助,但因手機尚未使用網路,所以一直沒聯絡上,後來我們也抵達飯店了,雖然過程頗辛苦,但飯店的主動協助讓人感到溫暖,在這裡住了四晚,民宿的人員也很熱心很願意幫忙,這對在外旅行的我們很安心.

The staffs are very kind
It is really a good experience to stay at residence unicorn. The staffs are very kind, enthusiastic, and very willing to share the information activily. There is hypermarket nearby the place, which is very convenient for us.

每天逛街後回到獨角獸民宿就像回到家一樣舒適。房間都會打掃的非常乾淨，民宿的老闆Ponny很親切，也很熱情。

Nice place to stay in Seoul!
Our room has almost every thing essential for daily needs, including a simple kitchen with pans, dishes and seasonings, a washing machine along with powder, and a dressing table for girls...etc. Also, the price is very reasonable! Nice experience ~

Nice, helpful and warm host
The host, Ponny is so considerate to her clients. Know our family trip with two kids, she upgraded us to a bigger room with three beds. She was willing to answer any enquiries and solve any problems from us. I also appreciated to her warmest greetings to us before and after the trip. Should I make use this chance to express my deepest thankfulness to Ponny. I highly recommend this residence especially to those who firstly visit in Korea.

從東廟站走過去需要10分鐘，如果拿著行李箱會有一點辛苦，但民宿那邊很樂意幫助我們解決問題。 Ponny在我去首爾前已經用whatsapp聯絡我，ponny英文很好，不會太擔心溝通問題，當我表示對找路去民宿有困難，她立即表示會去車站接我們；離開的時候，行李比較多，她亦會送我們到附近的機場巴士站。 民宿附近有emart, 是一間大型超市，晚上12點才關門，所以我們幾乎每晚都去逛超市。民宿有廚房，我們會買一包餃子，買些生果回去做宵夜。 民宿本身有做cafe, 每更每人都會送一杯morning drink, 有4款飲品可選擇，我每日都會去取一杯咖啡來喝。 我和家人去旅行都偏好選一些可以容納多些人的民宿，因為這樣就不用分房了，ponny還upgrade了房型給我，謝謝！

附近有emart, 有跳蚤市場，由清溪澗行去東大門約十五分鐘，亦是節目之一。房間大及舒適。獨立開放式廚房可煮食，但不可以煮魚及肉。

Highly recommend hotel
We didn't expect that we had such good memories during staying in Residence Unicorn. Ponny is nice & cute lady. She made a very good arrangement and provided an excellent services to us. On the 1st day, the heating machine was broken in our room. Ponny has arranged the hotel next to it. And she gave us some recommendations for the restaurants and taught us how to reach the place we wanted to go! And my son has lost his mobile phone, and Ponny helped us to find it and send back to HK. The hotel is so warm, not only the environment and facilities in the room. And also the services provided from them. We will stay in this hotel again when we go to Korea next time. We highly recommend the people who will come with their family and staying this hotel.

老闆娘Ponny及她的助手非常细心及热情，到酒店后先送上welcome drink及介绍附近地方及如何到地铁站。 酒店房间非常整洁没有任何味道我們住嘅是三人房，有独立厕所洗衣机厨房全部齐全，旅途中有任何问题他们都会帮忙解决，酒店附近有大型超市E-Mart及很多食肆非常方便，从酒店步行至一号线地铁东庙站只需十分钟，我们回程時他们还主动安排车送到机场巴士站。下次到韩国旅游一定会再次居住此酒店。

環境舒適、店主親切
很喜歡這間住宅式旅店，舒適簡約很有家的感覺。雖然離地鐵站較遠，但旅店附近就有emart大型超市、24小時便利店、食肆等真的非常方便。店主Ponny非常親切，能幫忙的她也會盡力幫忙，令你在計劃行程上十分放心。這個價錢能住上這間旅店實在物超所值。

民宿附近有私人住宅及大型超市，可以隨時去購買手信及日常用品。老闆娘待客非常好，照顧周到。但與機場快線站有一定距離，需要盡快熟悉地圖。

1.旁邊就是e-mart、starbucks(走路約2分鐘)購物非常方便~ 2.Ponny非常親切。我們是晚班機到達首爾，她仍等候我們到凌晨，並為我們解釋房間各項設備及使用方法，幫忙很大。 3.並像家人一樣，每天還會詢問要到哪兒，是否需要幫忙~ 4.雖然地點剛好位在上坡處，拉行李時有點不便，但不影響對它的評價。

Comfortable and will stay it again
Thank ponny so much .I am a family With 2 kids,came and stay during midnight .She helps a lots during my stay .I stay here for 4 days ,comfortable bed ,large living room ,near the emart ,do we can shop the food very convenience ,just walk 2 minutes can arrived the emart . However it quite far away from the subway ,we need to take 15 minutes to the near subway station .Anyway the residence like a home more than the hotel .Because ponny will try her best totake care of you in everything .

awesome experience for us
Ponny is so friendly and helpful!! To metro station , it takes around 10 mins by walk. Honestly, it's not too close to station but the hostel is worthy! Room is so large and tidy , comfortable for sure! We all take good rest during these 5-day stay. It's a memorable journey for us and we definitely stay here if we travel to Seoul next time ! Highly recommend this hostel to all travelers who visit Seoul soon ;)

Comfortable hotel
Ponny was very nice and friendly. She help us when we need. And her father was taked us to the near station everyday. Also, my son was 1 year old during the trip, ponny buy the cake and the present to my son. It was suitable for family and lovers.

Absolutely perfect stay for me! I do not like soft beds, this hotel has the best bed quality for my needs . The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT! Their soy milk was delicious and made in the same exact style that I used to have in my childhood. They also serve FRESHLY squeezed (mandarin) orange juice and watermelon juice. GREAT location to Taoyuan High Rail station. I walked there at the start of my day to Taipei and if at the end of my day i got too tired, cab AND Uber are plenty. I will absolutely come back and stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
