The style of the hotel is great but we have a terrible experience! We came to this hotel before 16:00, so we left the luggage there and went for a walk. When we back to the hotel after dinner (20:00 or later, I dont remember the exact time), the staff return the luggage to us and thats it. He looks confused when we stand there to wait for his action. We are confused too because we haven’t got the room key! maybe the staff is new? You wont expect what coming next. We are given the wrong room key! The room was clearly occupied by someone as we could see there was luggage in the room. Fine, we told the staff and he gave us the correct room quickly. The decorations of the room is great. The room is big and the bed is quite comfortable, but its a bit old. The bathtub is full of scratches and the metal parts are rusted. The coating of the air conditioner panel is detached. The clothings are packed in a plastic bag but when we take out the clothing there are a few hair inside it😵‍💫.

Slightly above average. Pros: Convenient location, only 3 minutes walk from Dangsan station. Plenty of dining options around the hotel. Room is spacious compared to hotels in busier districts. Overall clean and tidy. Cons: facilities a bit old and worn out. Tables and chairs a bit outdated. Bed and pillow on the soft side (doesn't suit me only; maybe preferable for others). Electronic bidet toilet seat not properly functioning (sometimes doesn't work, sometimes flush automatically). Remarks: the building next to the hotel is currently under construction (Mid Nov 2023). Quite nosiy starting from 8 am every working day

房間與照片相似的，有工業風格！但房內太暗，燈太少！令人感到少少害怕！另，房內設施有待改善，電器時有失靈情況，令人感到沮喪！唯地點近堂山站，交通尚算方便！而因浴室為玻璃形設計，相信只適夫婦或情侶！

幾分鐘路程到地鐵站很方便，房間空間寬敞，但燈光比較暗，而且長期開住中央暖氣，令房間空氣較焗，又不可以關掉暖氣，以致要長期開窗。

Superb Jacuzzi!!
This is my 5th stay with Hotel loft in 2 years. Cozy room, large jacuzzi for two person. Nice restaurant near by. Convenience store steps away. Bus station and metro just 5 mins away, Airport express bus station in 10 mins. Cannot find a reason why not stay with Hotel loft.

第三次入住原因是堂山站周邊美食如雲，坐車過弘大區又方便。This is my third time choose here because there are lots great restaurants nearby hotels also transportation are easy to get.

很不错的酒店
地铁九号线堂山站12出口出来一直走到路口左转就能看到酒店了，很方便，沿路有饭馆还有一家daiso，很方便，酒店有免费的矿泉水和饮料，还有笔记本电脑和充电线可以使用，wifi一个屋子一个，速度很快，电源插头也很多，就在床头，大厅上电梯下电梯都有专人在门口等候，服务很好，总之是不错的酒店

Jacuzzi is amazing, excellent mobility!
Room are big & tidy!!! 3 star hotel but superb room facilities. Metro(line 2 and 9) and bus station(include Airport shuttle) in 5-10 mins. Many nice restaurant near by. One of the bes hotel I ever stay.

整體感覺良好，房間舒適，酒店提供的淋浴用品不俗。附近有不同食肆以供選擇，離地鐵站約5-10分鐘步行距離。 洗手間的燈是時間制式，一定時間後會自行關掉，這讓住客略為不便。毛巾非常殘舊，除洗手間有鏡子外，房間沒有鏡，燈光昏暗，女士們化妝非常不方便。櫃台員工未能提供任何服務，但態度友善。

房間很大，即使2個28吋行李箱全開也沒問題。 但酒店的環保政策有改進空間。 首先，酒店原來是每年的十月開始就會關掉客房的空調總掣，即使你想問他們拿空調搖控去開，他們亦只會說沒辦法。所以我也有打開窗，希望空氣流通，房間沒那麽悶熱，但成效其實也沒什麼。而且窗開了，又帶來些小昆蟲，他的窗是有紗網，可還是有些能飛進來。 然後，就是浴室，洗手間那些的燈。 它們是有時間控制，突然就關掉沒時間讓你知道， 萬一，晚上去洗手間它瞬時關掉其實還滿嚇人。

Friendly staff
We checked in a jacuzzi room. It is an industrial-style room which looks very close to the photos online. Just one window in the room so I guess the view outside isn’t great in general. My only compliant is that when you switch off all lights the switch panel looks really bright from the bed. Front desk and cleaning staff are both friendly.

酒店燈光太暗，比照片還要暗，而且入住時沒說明浴室AREA的燈會自動感應 突然燈關掉的那刻真的嚇死了，洗澡到一半時要出去再開燈，極不方便 而且入住酒店不習慣開窗，但酒店有季節限制，所以十月的時間冷氣已經不能開 但又不想房內空間不流通，被逼要把窗打開，但於對面樓的距離也蠻近。。 感覺很不安，，下次不用再入住

The location of the hotel is close to subway station which is very convenient to go around. Dining is also convenient, many delicious dishes or popular restaurants can be found just beside the hotel. The location is great if seeking for convenient but not crowd.

7/9,a male manager with glasses was very rude.....
My 2 stars were for the cleaning auntie! 7/9,afternoon a male manager with glasses was very rude with me! When we checked in with the male manager , I told him that we had booked 6 nights and I preferred to stay at 3 types of their suites , each suite for 2 nights ! ( I wrote to them already within my booking) But he looked not happy and called a woman to speak Chinese with me ( I come from Taiwan and I can speck English very well and this manager also can speak English ) I told the manager that I didn't need translation between I and him ! The manager still rejected my request and his reason was they had to clean the 3 suites every time after my exchange ! ( I told him this is a design hotel and I want to enjoy 3 types of your suite that is why I booked 6 nights with you !) Even if another guest they book 1 night and you still need to clean the suite after the 1 night stay ! But the manager insisted that I needed to stay in a suite for 6 nights ! ( I was very disappointed after my check in !) In my second and third night , this male manager ignored and didn't greeting with me when I came back to hotel in the late night , THIS WAS VERY RUDE AS A DESIGN HOTEL MANAGER ! In my sixth and seventh morning , this male manager ignored and didn't greeting with me when I left the hotel , THIS WAS VERY RUDE AS A DESIGN HOTEL MANAGER ! I won't stay in this hotel again before you change this male manager ! 所有看的懂中文的遊客看了評價之後不要訂房喔, 這裡是純住宅區附近沒有觀光景點,離市中心約半小時,還有一個戴眼鏡的男經理服務態度很不好的!!!!!

I had an excellent time at Hotel Loft, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. I particularly liked that they offer one free bag of laundry for over 2 nights stay, that was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time in Seoul.

Good location
Good location, near subway line 2 and line 9, very convenience to go other place. Decoration is nice. Jacuzzi room have the smell which people smoke inside before my stay.

附近多食堂，又近地鐵，非常方便。早餐Ｄ食物很好吃｡ 整體＋分滿意，下次會再選擇這間酒店住宿。不過花灑位沖涼位置，每逢沖完涼Ｄ水會流到隔離廁所位, 睇下可否改善！

2nd Visit, a bit disappointed
1. we booked a room for 3 ppl, but breakfast only incl for 2. We booked the same hotel last year for 3 ppl as well, they offered 3 breakfast ticket. Not sure why they changed their policy 2. No AC for the first night, the staff said it is because it's still Winter, but the room is so hot and we went there in early April 3. AC issue, for 2nd night, AC suddenly start working, but it will automatically turn-off every 5 mins... we faced the same issue the other night as well and the staff could not fix it. It was finally being fixed on the 4th night...:( Hope they can improve their facilities and hotel policy, otherwise is a nice hotel to stay.

CHECK OUT了都可以寄存行李，可以輕鬆行街街~~ 包了早餐，環境很好, 類似酒吧的格調~但食物選擇不多~ 房間是十分好的~浴缸是很大~十分舒適~~ 很滿意~!
