Exceptional hotel and experience
Appreciated the room upgrade as I only paid for semi-double room (the typical room type in Japan) but the room turned out to be twin bed room type. Both the room size and comfort level were lot better than my expectation. Served by a foreigner receptionist who speaks fluent English and Japanese.

有會中文的服務人員很方便溝通
離薄野站也是有一點點距離，附近機能蠻不錯的，很多商店。前台有會說中文的服務人員，溝通非常方便。價格來說算是蠻便宜的，而且感覺，只是雙人房的床只是單人床加大而已 房間真的是小了點

check in遇到的櫃檯雖然英文很好但態度十分冷淡, 此飯店停車要錢但有配合的停車場有些discount, 距離狸小路商店街跟薄野大街很近, 地理位置佳，房間一般般。

洒店近subway薄野站，出口4，轉右，過馬路，右面是摩天輪，左面是酒店，向左面行6分鐘，見到Lawson,再轉右，行1分鐘便見到T mark hotel! 酒店在內街，環境算安静，房間舒適! 酒店近旅遊熱點，行去拉麵街約9分鐘，行去狸小路約10分鐘，行去二條市場約15分鐘，行去大通公園要20mins,行去札幌JR站要35mins! 但近洒店的薄野站出口4一到晚上好多人派夜店的傳單和卡片，比較煩，要避開宣傳人員！ 另外房屋內桌上冇tissue,厠所沒有垃圾桶，較不方便！ 但整體算滿意！ 煩要避開這些宣傳人員 另外 但厠所欠垃圾桶，桌欠tissue!

The staff was very helpful, a foreign helped me to drop my baggage. The room is compact but nice with functional equipment. The breakfast was really delicious with all kinds of choices.

網路訂四人房,check-in後僅設好3人床具與3套盥洗用品,旅館的記錄僅為3人,經提供預訂單據後,經理同意不加費用提供一份床具,但隔晚還是一樣沒改善,還是得打電話後解決. 早餐很好. 其他皆OK.

It's expensive during weekends which location is fair , yet the bathroom is not a good one.

酒店新，整體清潔舒服，早餐好吃。
鴐車前往容易，去JR步行約30分鐘，不太難行，途經狸小路及地下街，非常方便。周邊食店林立，前往小樽，新千歲機場十分分方便，晚上遇到很多穿和服的少女出席活動，非常熱鬧。

nice hotel
Hokkaido is such a popular destination in summer even we have planned our trip one month ahead, there still wasn't much choices left for us. But this Hotel really surprised us. especially when all the other hotels that available will charge you around $200USD per night。 It's clean and tidy like all the hotels we have slept in during our trip in Japan, but unlike some cheap hotels we have checked in, it's not dated, the only problem I have with this hotel is that the room is as small as the hotels in Tokyo.
