An Average Motel
Forget the complimentary breakfast. Without further asking, the host at the reception does not refill bread and others. It's a bit pricey comparing to other similar places around San Luis Obispo. The room is okay.

The first room I checked into was on the ground level and had a bathroom window that was open and broken. It could not be closed with the lever. It did not have the protective screen so anyone could get in through it. I was given another room on the second floor (my request). Took a few tried and visit to the front desk to get the key to work. When I returned for the night it was freezing and the thermostat would not update to warm up the room. I ended up sleeping in sweats with my coat, additional sweater and beanie .

It's an older property but nice and reasonably clean. Friendly staff, nice pool and easy drive to SLO campus. Bed is comfy, good amount of pillows. Squeaky floors, thank goodness for upstairs room.

All Hotel Properties can charge more money for a few night's stay because "They Can"! There seems to be no reason, but "They Can". I did appreciate the exceptionally clean linens and pillow on the bed; sleeping was very comfortable. The heater was operational and kept the room warm and comfortable. The refrigerator was large and "Clean". The microwave was operational and "Clean". There is a small electric coffee pot, but bring your coffee grounds so that you can enjoy that fresh cup in the morning that makes "You Happy". The walk-in shower was operational and provided a decent amount of hot-to-warm water spray. The bathroom sink and counter were clean and operational. The toilet bowl is small and very low to the ground.

Great service from the front desk. We had dinner at Thai Palace as listed on the recommendation sheet and it was wonderful! We were provided extra towels for the jacuzzi which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would stay here again!

Assigned us to a room that was not made up. Second room was basically dirty. Dirty shower. Horrible drainage. Paper thin walls so had to listed to two separate "snorers". Overall experience was disgusting.

Pretty good hotel
It's a decent hotel. Similar to a Motel 6. No breakfast options, but the rooms do have a microwave and a refrigerator. The check in was quick and they have express check out. No major issues, found a bottle cap that was left over. Stayed 2 nights.

TV stand was barely holding together and was constantly pitching forward due to inappropriate installation Shower floor, by drain, felt hollow and gave you the feeling it could give any moment. HVAC was a potable unit that provided no real heat.

This little hotel is a great budget friendly option. My family stayed next door at La Quinta which is a very nice hotel but I couldn't really afford it. The beds are super comfortable and everything was clean enough. It probably could use a little updating. And the jacuzzi can maybe be fixed. And the pool could possibly be heated. But other than that it was just fine

Noise issue never addressed by hotel.
The hotel was a lot older than what was pictured. The first night we were in the hotel a guest decided to have a concert in the parking lot with her truck at 1:30 am. Nobody from the hotel confronted her to turn down the music. My wife finally confronted the woman to turn off the music since everyone had their windows open to get some cool air.

We ended up having to stay the night in slow at the last minute due to a flight delay. The property was inexpensive and inconvenient. It's definitely not a high-end hotel but if you need a place to sleep and you don't wanna spend a lot of money it's a great option.
