It was very difficult for me to read how disappointing your visit with us was. We take so much pride in providing an all-around wonderful experience for each guest, so I am terribly sorry for how we fell short with your stay. There are no excuses for the verbiage from the front desk, the lack of amenities in the suite, or anything else that you had mentioned. However, we now know which areas we need to improve on. The details you have given are such great training opportunities that we can use to progress. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, a check in time after 3pm has become a little more frequent. The disinfecting and cleaning requirements have increased tremendously; nearly doubling the amount of time it takes for housekeeping to complete each suite. Each day is a learning experience during these unprecedented times, and as there is no excuse for your suite taking over an hour delayed, I appreciate all of your patience and understanding.
