Stayed at this property for 3 nights and we had fantastic experience. Don Rafa’s Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the friendly staff to the hotel’s cleanliness, everything was phenomenal. This hotel is beautiful, the decor and the ambience is very cozy. We had a junior suite and the room was very spacious for the 2 of us. The room had a decent-sized fridge that came in handy to store leftovers from the restaurants we explored, as well as to keep our water bottles nice and cool. The location was perfect. We went for the Bad Bunny concert and this hotel was literally a 10 minute drive from el Coliseo José Miguel Agrelot. It is also located 10 minutes away from Old San Juan and like 6-7 minutes away from Distrito T-Mobile. All in all I highly recommend this hotel for anybody looking for well-located, cozy and private hotel that won’t put a hole in your pocket. We will definitely be back!

The total atmosphere was quite pleasant. The hours of operation can be a bit more extensive. The bar and pool close to early. The continental breakfast could include more protein such as hard boiled eggs perhaps.

Everything about this hotel is so charming. The hotel is in a great area walking distance from many delicious restaurants. The area is not overly touristy. We loved the decor from the movement we walked in and the staff was wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was ideal for my husband and I. I would recommend this property and will be staying here again.

Don Rafa was such a great place to stay! It was very clean! When I checked in the valet guy took my bags to my room for me. Everything was nice and clean. Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants. The hotel Smells really good and you can buy the scent they use. The staff is very courteous. Every morning they text you to see if you need housekeeping or anything.. I definitely would stay here again! Thank you Don Rafa staff for making my first trip to Puerto Rico great!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff made sure everything was perfect—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently outstanding. The place is absolutely stunning, sexy and artsy look. I prefer this kind of small spaces than huge hotels. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was a great variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries and coffee although I wish they had hot food. Everything was delicious, and it was such a great way to start the day without having to leave the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and good spots, which made exploring the area easy. Whether you're in town for business or vacation, you really can’t beat the accessibility. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Clean rooms, top-notch service, and thoughtful extras like the free breakfast really set this hotel apart. I’ll definitely be coming back!
