Room is outdated. Some lights were shorting out and one was completely off …carpet had smell to it ….blower in bathroom is super loud. Bed was hard with flat pillows which makes it hard to sleep .asked for extra pillows bit was told hotel was running short . Sofa recliner does not work properly….door was missing do no disturb sign ….ac unit is outdated and loud ….do not recommend staying at this hotel …

The room was clean. The kitchenette had all storage facilities. However it was totally empty and we had to request basic amenities. The room was spartan even if comfortable enough.

It was great. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. They didn’t seem bothered when guests had questions or needs. I was running late on the day I was to check out, and it was nice to not have someone at the door every 5 minutes seeing if I had left yet or not. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was convenient for me. It is in a safe neighborhood. The carpet is the hallway was rather dingy and depressing. Overall, the price was reasonable for a no frills place.

The front desk person was extremely rude and could use some customer service training. She seemed bothered that I was even there. Then upon calling after I checked out to understand a $25 fee that appeared on my credit card, she rudely stated it was the pet fee (which I was not told about at check in) and then hung up on me. Also, the hotel had a weird smell (i think because of people cooking in their "in room" kitchens and not opening the windows. It was a little nauseating. Also the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning!

Expedia hotel blew it again. Arrived at hotel to find one of the two rooms we booked available and the other was closed for maintenance hence not available to us and on Thanksgiving night. Expedia and Hotels simply do not communicate. Don't book with Expedia unless you have low expectations. I vowed never to book with Expedia again based on a prior mess and took a leap of faith only to be disapointed. The person at the hotel was very nice however I had to seek out two rooms at a new hotel at 11:00 PM at night. I feel the hotel management should have called us and let us know about the issue prior to making the 3 hour drive only to find we were homeless for the night. Disappoint for Expedia and for the hotel. We went to a Holiday Inn Express nearby. Nice friendly staff, clean rooms, and where we had initially planned to stay with Holiday Inn anyway however the location and pricing was more attractive at Extended Stay America. Big let down for Thanksgiving. Thanks Extended Stay America...or in this case No Stay America!

Good for the area
Located off the 5 freeway, which is convenient. The area is relatively quiet. We were able to check-in early after a long drive, so we appreciated the front desk's willingness to assist us during their lunch hour. Glad to have a simple breakfast and coffee bar. Overall, staff was friendly and cordial.

OK for quick stay
Elevator was broken and we were put on 3rd floor. Breakfast food was gone by 9am even though it was served through 9:30. Only juice and coffee was left (and one very small chocolate muffin). Front desk seemed to be annoyed I asked if there was more.
