非常滿意
旅館位置離火車站非常近，周遭也有很多不錯的餐廳，200公尺有一家樂福express，買水方便。飯店人員很親切，我們早上11點左右到即讓我們check in。早餐非常棒。住的很滿意。

Very decent hotel
Very nice room with bright toilet. Clean overall. AC works perfectly. The lock to the door is auto lock with no exact safe lock so i was a little worried. but everything turns out fine. staff and breakfast is nice. very close to termini.

Super close to Termini and in a safe neighbourhood. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was satisfactory. All in all a very satisfactory experience. Will definitely come back if I visit Rome again:)

Estefano on the front desk was awesome excellent customer service and he helped us getting around Rome and booking tours. The place is close to termini and from there you can go anywhere in Rome in minutes

Ask for better rooms
The first room i was given was really bad that made me wonder what all reviews were about. Flooring was like unpainted wood dirty that did not want to put feet down . The window open to a dirty indoor area . However after two nights changed room n that was much better . Flooring was polished wood . Room was bigger . No glasses in room . Plastic glasses given . Ask for better rooms . Seems bad rooms given to 3rd party booked rooms

シャワー、冷蔵庫、エアコン、問題なし。設備面優れている。 メトロ、バスと交通機関へのアクセスの良さも超ベリグ。テルミニ駅間近とあってスーパーは近くに幾つもあり、買い物には全く不自由しない。 朝食は種類はまずまずなのだが、美味しいかと聞かれると微妙。

Hotel is nice BUT it is NOISY. You could hear the music BLASTING somewhere downstairs. But they do stop at 9 PM. HOWEVER, the walls are so thin that you could hear conversations, toilet flushing, taking showers, stuff like that. Should I mention about the mirror with specks from someone’s sneezed? It is really EASY to clean that mirror. USE a BLADE (LAMA) to scrape off the dried germs. I use LAMA to remove DRIED PAINT. If you don’t want to use LAMA, then use scolding hot towel or alcol to remove the dried up SALIVA. A cold, window spray would NOT remove it. It is really hard to use a mirror without having to see and think about someone’s germs. Trust me. I clean my house. Don’t you?

The hotel itself met my expectations, but my initial impression was marred by an unwelcoming staff member who seemed to exhibit a lack of professionalism and courtesy. It appeared as though his demeanor reflected dissatisfaction with his job. Additionally, the hotel's vicinity, Termini, is regrettably marred by uncleanliness, noise pollution, and a sense of insecurity. While the location was logistically convenient for my business commitments, I would advise those without specific reasons to be in the area to consider accommodations in a different neighborhood.

Not what we expected!
It was a lot smaller room than represented. Staff was not engaged and could careless about anything. It was only a 2 night stay so we tolerated. We would have probably moved to a different hotel if it had been a longer stay.

Don't miss the roof garden!
A very brief stay, but very comfortable. Conveniently located for arrival by train (including from the airport). Some very elegant public areas. And an excellent roof garden, from which splendid views to be had!

Close to the Termini station especially when you have suitcases..it is far from most attractions but need to catch public transport to go to them ..you can walk to them but in the heat not advised

Hotel is located next to Roma Termini. So easy to get there from airport with Leonardo Express. From the Hotel you can use subway to easily get to all tourist attractions. Our stay there was optimal for a 3-day-city-visit to Roma.

We had three rooms. They were clean and comfortable! Staff was nice, breakfast was also great. Only complaint, and it may have something to do with the fact that we are in a heatwave where it is 39 degrees outside, air conditioning in one of the rooms was weak. Otherwise, great place to spend four nights in Rome!

Excellent location, beautifully appointed rooms
Beautiful hotel, very professional staff, generous breakfast. Our train to Rome was severely delayed, making us late for a cooking class. Staff efficiently took luggage so we could run off to class. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us. We enjoyed the soaking tub, slippers and robes after a stressful day.

Try another hotel..
Worst stay of a hotel yet, location wise id say its ok, 20mins from most attractions by walk. And great food spots locally. Hotel itself- Fridge didnt work, we spoke to 4 different reps in the reception. 1 was willing to help, the attitude of the other 3 we horrible. The one that helped, he was great. I had asked for a manager, when i spoke to one, they didnt want to know. Just know, if you have issues it wont be sorted. They also seem to think, sending a bell boy for a fridge issue would solve it, it wouldnt and didnt. Had a bell boy come up to the room 5 times after raising a fridge issue. Room smelt musky on entry, windows had to be left open. AC, is very mild- settings couldnt be changed in our room. The hotel did accommodate to a first floor room as asked. The only +1 i could give. For the price i paid for this hotel i expected abit more considering i pay 500+ for 4 nights. Breakfast is decent, good range of sweet dish’s and a machine in the corner for coffee and tea.

Nice hotel close to the train terminal. Room was a small twin bed just for me but furnishing were very nice. 👍 very close to the #1 stop for hop on hop off buses of all company’s and food was great ranging from local and out right cheap to 4 star touristy. 👍👍

This hotel is well located near Rome Termini station, restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and has not disappointed.

Close to transportation, clean, staff friendliness. Bed was like a concrete slab, we were told AC was broken, so we had no Air Condition. We booked this hotel because it was advertised to have AC. So it was very warm, no screens or anything to be able to leave windows open and we asked for a fan and they didn't have any. After 15 hour day of walking Rome in the heat you would like to come back to a cool room comfortable bed, but not here.

Hébergement de base à bon prix, très pratique pour son emplacement centralisé! Pas d’air climatisé! Éviter les chambres qui donnent sur la cour intérieure, on entend les gens aux fenêtres ouvertes! Bien vérifier les frais lors du départ: la femme de chambre a vu des bouteilles d’eau vides dans la poubelle, bouteilles achetées au magasin du coin! Elle n’a même pas pris la peine d’ouvrir la porte du frigo pour vérifier si ceux de l’hôtel y étaient encore! Belle petite terrasse sur le toit, avec bar ouvert en soirée avec des drinks à 11 €.
