Firstly, the staff was friendly, and the room was impeccably clean. I was truly impressed by the level of cleanliness. While the room was on the smaller side, it perfectly suited my needs. Unfortunately, there was no scenic view from my room, just the typical NYC/Queens vista of neighboring buildings and a slice of the highway.
Regarding room service, I found it disappointing. The restaurant didn't open until 3 pm, and although you could order from the front desk, the gluten-free options weren't truly gluten-free due to a lack of the necessary ingredients. Consequently, I had to resort to Grubhub, which ended up costing more than I had anticipated. Given my busy schedule with meetings throughout the day, I couldn't leave my room to dine elsewhere. On a positive note, the fridge in the room was a decent size, although it had no drinks or snacks typically found in a mini-bar. However, you could easily step out to the lobby and venture outside to satisfy any cravings.
Overall, I found the hotel to be exceptional, and I will definitely choose to stay here again when the need arises, especially because of its spotless cleanliness. It's truly the cleanest hotel room I've ever experienced!
