值得一試的渡假酒店！
服務態度非常好！以為自己不見了個戒指，酒店職員立刻拿出手電筒一路照著跟我找回到酒店門口。酒店環境和酒店網上照片一模一樣，舒適好住！雖然在山坡上，蚊蟲問題不嚴重，滅蟲做得挺好！周末還有免費的日出瑜珈班，超值的體驗！公眾泳池夠大，景觀好！完全不需要訂私人泳池的房間（我們訂了）

We are staying in a villa with seaview. Very quiet and so close to the nature. Can see the sun rise in the bed and hear the birds walking on the roof. The outside pool comes with jacuzzi and the inside tub is big and deep for 2! The villa is very spacious. Can’t complain at all!

A great resort with outstanding services
It’s an awesome resort in both hardware and software. Pool pavilion room is a great choice. Infinity pool allows you to stay there for the whole day. Buggy service shortens your time travelling back and forth the lobby as it’s a huge resort.

wonderful place, u don't want to go out of the resort, pool with nice view. 24hrs fitness centre. All staffs are so friendly with a happy smile. Just one thing is not many choice on the buffet breakfast.

我們入住泳池房連續5個晚上，設施開始破舊，房內有多盞燈壞了而沒維修，浴室門關不上引到水四處流，但是整體形象被酒店員工服務態度輓回，大部分員工都非常好，唯執房的有點離譜，頭兩天我也有放小費於牀頭，發現沒有補給我浴衣及浴液等，第三天我沒放下小費，除以上的沒有，更沒有加回 mini bar ， 地上還有十多隻死了的密蜂，我算！我來渡假的，所以整體服務滿意，設備勤點維修是不錯吧。

1, 我预定了2成人，1个5岁孩子房间，包含早餐，但是到了店里面，孩子早餐要另外收费；2，店里面的没有无障碍设施，小孩摔跤了，不适合老人和孩子以及行动不便的人，3，酒店的晚上自助餐的虾非常不新鲜。4，酒店靠海，但是没有沙滩，都是礁石，有用游泳池。 1，the shrimp in the dinner of the hotel provided has gone bad. 2, no disable facilities is provided ,no friendly for children,old and disable person. 3, near the sea, but no beach to play ,4， we booked the hotel with 2 adult 1 child with 5years old. breakfast included. but ,the hotel charge the child extra。

The best villa we have ever been to
At first, it was chaotic contacting the reservation team for airport transfer. It literally took almost 24 hours for a reply from the hotel and the terms and conditions were quite unclear. But the actual sevice was perfect anyway. A luxurious private waiting room with proper showering facilities was provided upon arrival as we arrived at the villa at 6:00 in the morning. Every staff are extremely helpful and polite and are very good at speaking English. Breakfast buffet was so so, wish they had better way to cover up the food. Al carte menu was included for selection. We have chosen the pool sala pavilion which was quite different from what we see from the photo. The private pool included was way smaller. But overall, the room was way beyond satisfaction. Insect repellent was provided. However, the private pool water was a bit dirty. Great variety of transfer provided to customers, even a free five minute ride was provided from and to the closest family mart. There are two scheduled shuttle bus to Central festival for shopping daily and to other beaches as well. Massage and spa are phenomenal but also quite expensive. For more local food and cheaper massage, just take a 10 minute walk from the resort (turn left when you see the family mart). Way cheaper and have way more choices. The private beach is quite dirty and swimming is barely possible. Paddle board and kayaking were provided first come first serve for free. Overall, it's the best hotel we have ever been to

我住有私人泳池的房，池水乾淨，每天有兩次收拾房間，所以毛巾或洗澡用品都很足夠。每天有生果供應，吃完會添加。酒店識員服務很好，親切又有笑容。早餐主菜好吃，另外還有生果、麵包、蛋糕、新鮮果汁任食。酒店的massage 服務員有禮、技術一流、環境乾淨舒服。 由於酒店附近沒有餐廳、便利商店等。去central festival要半個鐘車程。所以我們多數在酒店餐廳解決三餐。不過只得兩間餐廳，選擇比較少，意粉及飯類選擇很少，普通的肉醬意粉、卡邦尼意粉都沒有。不過味道是好吃的。 下次去布吉都會再次入住

mysterious ocean view pool villa
I think that most of the people can't distinguish the ocean view pool villa and sea view pool villa. They have the layout and design. There is no indication on the resort map which one is ocean pool villa and which is sewview pool villa. I had booked several days of weekend escape of seaview pool villa in this resort. We got free upgrade to ocean view pool villa, room no. 45. We expected a better seaview or ocean view as described but there are two trees in front of the balcony blocked part of the view and there are several blocks of villas in front of us too. The worst thing is we are facing to a industrial port, Phuket sea port and Thailand smelting and refining company ( what i found on google map Phuket later). There are several giant blue tanks and Always have low frequency pump running sounds transmitted to my villa. Needless to say, there are lots of industrial ships passing by every day. I just wonder whether it is appropriate to classify this room to be the highest grade ocean view pool villa. I had a friend of mine they also came to this resort just 2 days after my arrival. They got a seaview pool villa and we visited their room and noticed that their sea view much better than us. The hotel guy said to them they can't upgrade them to ocean view pool villa but this room is closest to ocean view pool villa. Their room facing to Pullman Phuket panwa beach resort. We are really disappointed. The room even don't have sound system. Too much to say, words limited..

我們入住了waterpool villa,浪漫房間。包早餐，下午茶（3-5pm)及cocktail time. Infinity pool很美，酒店附近有很多植物，蚊子很多，被蚊咬了很多口，要帶蚊怕水。但服務員態度很好，早餐豐富又好吃，我帶了2位孩子，一位4歲，另一位1歲，沒有額外收費。kids club 好玩又靚，有免費手工，也有baby sitter service,收費HKD120-150/小時.員工很喜歡我們的孩子，經常和他們玩。有免費泊車，酒店內出入坐buggy，spa在6月做promotion,10am-2pm,buy one hour free one hour.spa房超正。

飯店整體設計真的適合度假，飯店所在位置略算偏僻，晚上非常安靜，海景也很棒，泡在房間的私人按摩泳池，面對大海，讓人心情無比舒暢，ＶＩＬＬＡ房間設計寬敞，衛浴設備也很舒服，房間空間採光都很佳，很適合夫妻、情侶度假，飯店的無邊大泳池也是一大亮點，推薦想到普吉島度假的人，可以選擇幾天住在這邊，待在飯店內，哪裡都不去，看看書上上網，曬曬太陽，享受放鬆度假的感覺。
