jammer dat de receptie niet altijd open is. Dit maakt dat er tussen 12 en 16 uur niets meer kan gevraagd worden. Dit is een minpunt. Voor de rest was alles in orde. Héél vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel.

Lovely hotel close to Boulogne and Calais
A really nice clean hotel in a lovely village next to the sea. Restaurant meals were good and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again

Les chambres sont vétustes. La salle de bain n'est pas propre (traces de moisissures dans la cabine de douche, pommeau de douche avec un tout petit filet d'eau, chasse d'eau cassée). Toiles d'araignée dans la chambre. Chaleur épouvantable dans la chambre, ce qui fait plus penser à un sauna. Trop peu de places de parking....

Moisissures au niveau de la baignoire, restaurant de l’hôtel qui ne sert plus à 20h30 et la cerise sur le gâteau on nous fait payer 9 € de supplément pour un petit chien !

L'ensemble est très correct
L'ensemble était très correct par contre surtout insistez pour avoir une chambre avec des huisseries récentes. Car on nous a donné une chambre avec une vieille fenêtre... Pourquoi...? Alors que l'hôtel était loin d'être plein. Et la, le passage des trains est une vraie gêne pour un bon sommeil..

What a surprise!
On arriving in darkness the boarded up facade of the original building did not create a good impression. In fact I thought the place was derelict! However on driving around the back in search of more parking space I discovered the hotel proper. It turned out that the old building was under renovation. No mention of this was made on the website and indeed the photo shown was of a building in good condition. This need to be explained to prospective clients. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English. The room was a complete surprise..brand new in every respect and spotlessly clean. All the fixtures and fittings were of good quality and the whole room had been completely upgraded. It was excellent and at a very good price. There was also a decent sized dining room serving dinner but I cannot vouch for the food as I did not use the facility. I would certainly stay here again as it is very useful overnight stop for the Tunnel at Calais, which is just 35 minutes away
