Staff was nice, room was fine. AC would have been great - it was warm during the day and we couldn't get the room cooled down enough at night. The only real detractor was the outside of the building, though, which is in real need of painting, etc., so that it reflects what is inside. Does not look appealing from the outside; we were grateful that more care was taken with the interior, which was decorated nicely with antiques and period pieces.

Such a beautiful mansion; the bed was very comfortable and I loved the softness of the sheets, blanket and quilt. Breakfast was delicious! Monica went out of her way to make the stay very enjoyable. I felt as if I lived in a unique time in history. The pace of the town is perfect, nice and slow.

Enjoyed the owners personality and her attention to detail. She was very attentive and a very good cook and baker. Her gf baked goods were wonderful! The Inn was quiet and comfortable and uniquely decorated. She obviously loves what she is doing and it shows!
