It is a pleasure to know that you were satisfied with the location. As you have mentioned, our hotel is within walking distance to the Shinsaibashi metro station, and the Namba metro stations. There is also the Nankai Namba station and the JR Namba station near to our hotel.
On the other hand, we would like to apologize to you for the inconvenience that we had caused you concerning the room size and the breakfast dishes.
As for the room size, please reserve a twin room if you have another chance to stay at the APA Hotels. This is because they are more spacious compared to single rooms and double rooms.
We are very sorry concerning the fact that the breakfast dishes had not suit you. We will talk this over, and improve the meal.

APA Hotel has itself located near to the Namba area, so we believe that you were able to go to the famous places here such as the Glico running man, the Shinsaibashi shopping streets, the Ebisubashi shopping streets, the Dotonbori river, the American village, and so on. In addition, our hotel has good access to the Namba metro lines, so we believe that you were able to go to the famous places here in Osaka such as Universal Studios Japan, the Osaka Castle, the Kaiyukan Aquarium, and so on. Last but not least, our hotel has superb access from the airport. We assume that you had either used the limousine bus or the rapid train to come to Namba station.
On the other hand, I would like to apologize to you for the inconvenience that we had caused you concerning the mineral water. Please understand that we do not offer a welcome water, and that we only give you out water on the second day, after the cleaning has been done. Our hotel use original mattress for comfortable asleep called "Claud fit" In this case, we have to pursue to improve this function.

We would like to apologize to you for the inconvenience that we had caused you concerning the bottles of water, the pillow, and the breakfast menu. Please understand that we do not provide a welcome drink, and that we only give out water after the second day, once the cleaning has been finished. As for the pillows, if there is any stock, we will lend you larger ones for free. Therefore, if you have another chance to stay at one of the APA Hotels, please inform the receptionist, and we will be there to help you. We are so sorry for the breakfast menu. We will cherish your comment, and endeavor to make a better breakfast.
