Family Friendly Hotel
Stayed three nights at this resort hotel as a family with a young kid. It was very family-friendly. They provideed bibs and children’s eating utensils in restaurants. There was also a step stool in our room and we were given a bag containing kids’ amenities upon check-in. The room we had was spacious and gave a view of the sea. It was clean and had a number of user-friendly details, such as a drying rack for clothes and washing line over the bathtub. There were also two washing machines near the lifts. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of western and Japanese food. We also had dinner at the Okinawan restaurant KARI one evening. The food was lovely and very reasonably priced. The Emerald Beach is just across the road from the hotel back entrance. As the water was too cold for swimming during our stay, we only played on the sand. There were also an outdoor pool and an indoor pool but we didn’t use them as they closed quite early at around 6pm. We also didn’t manage to enjoy the free beer in the afternoon since it was only available till 5pm. We tried the hot spring (onsen) one evening. It was quite nice but we only went once as we had to pay a fee each time we went. It would be great if they could offer a day pass so that one could enjoy the onsen at different times of the day. The onsen is supposed to have magnificent views of the sea but it was dark when we went.

驚喜的生日安排
我為生日的兒子訂了一個蛋糕， 酒店在約定的時間把蛋糕送到房間的同時， 還為他唱了生日歌，整個安排十分用心，這真的十分驚喜啊！ 早餐若能多提供麵包的種類，或pancake 之類， 就更為圓滿。

房間超大, 乾淨企理, 隔音一般, 我能聽見腳步聲。早餐自助形式很多選擇, 可惜冬天酒店只開放室內池。泊車位置不足, 晚上我們開車去吃晚飯, 回來只剩最後一個車位了。

海景超美，整體景觀設計很棒。每個房間都面海又寬敞，離水族館跟海灘都超近。可惜餐廳的口味只能說是普通(以這個等級的飯店來說)，另外，旅館給小朋友的遊樂活動在冬季感覺比較少。(但是兒童房超級棒!!)

Try to modify!
Please try to separate individual visitors and tour group, the food is not so good as before and all foods are the same, if can provide room service will be perfect cuz no need to face the noisy china aunty, the last one, please allow to use the parking lot which close to the hotel, or it’s really too far for a child to walk around the hill under the night wind!

抵達時房間內沙發椅子桌上都有頭髮，整潔度非常糟糕，而且隔音不佳（五樓）與飯店櫃檯反應後等了一陣才來確認問題，並協助更換房間，更換到十二樓後房間整潔度和隔音都好很多。最優秀的是早餐、種類豐富好吃。停車場依舊在露天的旁邊，如果下雨天之類的會很麻煩⋯⋯

Great hotel!
Perfect for family with small children. The aquarium is in walking distance, as well as the ocean. Great selections in restaurants and with a convenient store right next door. The view from the room is spectacular!
