DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! They are unprofessional and will charge your card for unnecessary fees and tell you it’s for damages when there is no damage to the room. They state there are to be no parties but how can two people be a party? They give you the run around when you call to ask about the charge and plus the hotel is unsafe because it’s under construction and they have you walking right through the work as you get off the elevator. I am highly upset as this was the worst stay I’ve had and I always book with this company and have never had any issues. Corporate did not help resolve the issue only advised me to reach back out to the hotel

They could use an upgrade with furniture/appliance
I did not like the fact that I was not told the facility was under construction and the pool has a strong smell of ammonia and mold and if you look inside the pool along the walls of the pool it has mold... I think the communication could be a little better. We should have had gotten a complimentary breakfast due to the conditions that we had to endure upon our stay

The pool was not working on arrival , the carpet was really dirty in the corridor. The windows opened which was great, the pillows were great, and it was close to Silver Sands state park which is fabulous

Unexplained Charges on my card
I booked the reservation through Hotels.com with no issues. When i got to the hotel they told me they needed my card to put a $100 hold on for incidentals. My card was then charged $271.86, and another pending charge of $371.86. No one could explain to me why I was charged those amounts but now I was being charged over $950 for this 2 day stay with now limited funds for my trip since my bank account was tied up from these additional charges. I was told it would take 3-5 days for those charges to be reversed. I am very disappointed with the fact that it happened and the interaction I had with the front desk staff. I doubt I will stay there again.

I did see that the Virtual Credit Card by the third party had been replaced in error of opting in for the Digital key, I apologize for the inconvenience you endured during your weekend. I did refunding your card after getting the correct Virtual Credit Card on. In appreciation of your patience I did grant a "Be My Guest" Certificate to you which will get to you within 30 days. With this Certificate it will cover a one night stay at any Hilton Garden Inn participating, please call desired property before booking as there are guidelines to the use of said certificate. Will not stay there again.
Apparently they let a soccer team have a late check out which resulted in being told our room would be ready 1-2 hrs after 3:00pm. All she offered was a list of area restaurants. Room was definitely not thoroughly cleaned, with great fingerprints all over the door and Cheerios on the chair.

I really loved the breakfast included in my stay. What I don’t like is that I was charged twice and must wait 10!days for refund to my charge card. I prepaid via Expedia then got messages from hotel to get honors app to get digital key and it would not let me finish until I entered a credit card. Hotel then charged me on morning of checking in day and I had to wait on phone while Expedia called and sorted it out with hotel. My advice to others is do not get digital key before checking in.

The property was great for what we needed. The hotel listing says there is a shuttle for up to 5 miles, however the front desk said that was not the case. That was quite disappointing as we needed a few things from the local Target, but everything else was nice.
