We stay for 4 noghts ..... 2 of those nights they were no hot water and we could not take a shower...... with all respect, idk why this hotel has high rate, its nothing really special about this hotel. The price should be less for "very average" service. I would love to share a picture of a view from my room (it would traumatized you), but inside of the hotel is better

The property was clean, friendly staff, close to everything. Good value for money. The hot water stopped a couple times in the bathroom but one call to the front desk fixed it.

I booked this hotel because I thought my experience was going to be better than at Kali ciudadela but I was wrong. The rooms were smaller and we couldn’t find cold water anywhere. I asked for ice and I was ignored twice.

By the end of the trip , we had over 9 Bed Bug Bites & I used to work at a hotel so I know what they look like. Staff were very kind and helpful during the stay but the unfortunate events in room 313 with the whole bed but situation was obviously a huge thing.

It seems that it has been recently remodeled. Very comfortable and clean. Location is very convenient close to downtown but quiet. I would stay there again if I need to.

Great hotel, the room was nice, the staff attentive and cordial, close to restaurants and some of the common places. The breakfast was great as well. The only issue was related to the WiFi connection, having poor connection at times.

Básicamente la Limpieza de camas fue malísima, tanto mi cama como la mía, las sábanas estaban muy sucias, claramente no se cambiaron, dado que había suciedad, asquerosidad de los huéspedes a anteriores, no me quedó confianza, si mis Toallas habían sido lavadas. El desayuno también fue malo, no estaba rico y fue descuidado el resurtido de alimentos.

Las instalaciones son bonitas, es moderno. La ubicación resultó muy buena para la razón de nuestro viaje. El desayuno incluido muy básico, pero está bien. Por la noche hay muchos ruidos, del baño de habitaciones vecinas, de la calle. Mucho ruido de los huéspedes por la noche. Batallamos para dormir. Nuestra habitación no la barrieron un día, se notaba el polvo y las basuritas. Le pregunté a la mucama si ya estaba lista la habitación y me dijo que sí. El servicio de recepcionistas y demás personal es promedio. Agua y café disponible 24/7 esta excelente. Nos volvemos a hospedar debido a la ubicación y al precio.

Hotel is very clean. Water supply excellent. Free breakfast very good.VIP complimentary drinks very good. All staff very friendly and respectful. Hotel area is safe and walking distance to Zocalo, National Museum, Grand Hotel, National Cathedral, Templo Mayor, Bella’s Artes, and all the beautiful sights of Mexico City.
