房間美麗，離雞場街很近！飯店有免費接駁車!
喜歡房間內的大片落地窗，可以看見城市美麗的夜景，浴室乾濕分離，空間又大又舒適，非常滿意！只是8樓泳池雖美，無奈大樓風太強，無法游泳!

酒店位於馬六甲城市邊緣找的士較難。但整體體驗舒適良好，房間整潔，窗外景觀一流，房間極大，唯廁所較小。距離主要景點不遠，步行十五分鐘即可到達雞場街。

人太多，洒店準備不足
今次第一次到馬六甲旅行，選了間評價且地點不錯的新洒店。但一開始經驗就不好了。我是約下午五時才到洒店，卻因有二十名遊客正在check in而被迫等了廿五分鐘，待我已為快被分配房間時，職員卻告訴我房間還在清潔中，我說洒店列名三時可check in的，職員沒有回應。我旅行多年在世界各地從未見過這種情況的。我選這洒店也是為了有泳池及據說不錯的早餐。但我每次去到泳池時也是很多人，很嘈雜，大部分成人都穿便服下水與小孩玩耍，而水是挺混濁的，所以我也打消了迨游泳的念頭了。至於早上的自助餐，無論職員再努力也應附不了大量平價團的朋友。在這種居住情況下，唯有多到市內觀光並享受理想中的遊閒和寧靜。我下次ㄧ定會多付兩佰元選擇一間較舒適安靜的洒店。

很棒的飯店住宿經驗，雖然其中一天遇上房卡失效進不去房間，但員工有盡力處理解決問題`。請求整理房間也能很迅速就來打掃。游泳池的景色沒有預期的漂亮但乾淨整潔還有小孩玩樂區，很不錯的住宿體驗。

有一個小廚房搭配上餐桌的感覺實在很棒，沖茶泡咖啡都很方便，可以跟家人朋友在這間飯店享受美好的時光。游泳池與playground等公共設施非常棒，整體讓人覺得舒適、放鬆，成為我們下次到麻六甲必定會再選擇的飯店！

離雞場街有些距離,需搭taxi約15令吉,離swissgarden商場步行5分鐘內,房間很大住起來非常舒服,對面有幾間餐廳,知名的千層蛋糕店也在旁邊,下次還會選擇這裡!

Cozy hotels with spacious rooms.
New hotel and spacious rooms. About 10-15 mins walk along the Melaka River to The Shore Mall where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants. Free shuttle bus service is certainly a big plus and the driver has been very caring. A young, energetic and enthusiastic FO team. All staff members have been friendly and helpful I still remember some of them such as Mr Chiu and Jonathan. They have given us advice on sightseeing, wine & dine places and booked the restaurants for us. Overall, cozy hotel. The Pines Melaka our recommendation.

The 2 bedroom unit was nice but as soon as we entered the room there was an issue with one of the toilets. We called maintenance and even though they came to look at the problem they never resolved it. After returning from being out all day we had to call maintenance again to fix the issue once and for all. The biggest issue was that the air con stopped working during the night which made it unbearable to have a good night sleep. The entire apartment was warm until around 6:30am. We attempted to rectify this but the panels were not working. The breakfast was of poor quality. More suited to a 2 star hotel. The ladies at reception were nice and offered good service and as mentioned before the apartment was very nice.

The safe had no battery in 1 of our rooms. After informing front desk, it was still not repaired. Another room, the hot water was not working but after repair, the technician left the toilet all wet instead of cleaning it up

Can you sort out the breakfast food temperature.
Good. The front desk would benefit from some extra training. Overall it was reasonable. There was a funny smell in the gym. The breakfast hot plates only had one burner under two trays so naturally my breakfast was like warm at best 3 days on the run. I even told them in day two so they had the opportunity to rectify this and chose not too. Instead I had to get the chef to warm my food in the microwave.
