因為是在賣場附近,而且吃飯餐廳特多,飯店生意很好,有搬運行李檯6檯,可自助搬行李坐電梯的房間,所以很貼心,並且房客入住手續迅速和親切,訊息都會說的清楚明白,簡餐很好吃。游泳池也好棒,停車場很大停車方便。

This was a nice property and the front desk was amazing. I need to have something sent to my room from house keeping and in a matter of minutes I received what I needed and 2 minutes later they where at the door again to make sure I hD what I needed. Such great service. The only problem I experienced was think in the bathroom was clogging up when I used it.

It was a nice hotel, the floor we were on was nicely renovated. However, the noise level from nearby rooms was higher than expected. Doors opening, and closing kept me up most of the night.

There was no mention of construction activity at the hotel when I booked the room. To make matters worse, there was no running water when we checked in because a construction worker cut the wrong pipe. Then, we were rudely awakened at 8am with loud construction noises in the floor above us. They put us in a room directly below the construction. Staff was less than helpful and pretty much played dumb. We checked out early, as did most of the hotel as there was an exodus to leave when we left. Normally a nice hotel, but I doubt I'll be back because of the lack of notice and poor communication from staff.

Amazing stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Had a minor incident and management was quick to respond and provide the best customer service. Would definitely be staying again.

Great location close to beach. Was not told about construction going on in rooms next to ours until after check in. Went on from 10am til 4pm both days we were there. Then get a notice put underneath our door at 10 o'clock at night bout water shut off following day.

My room and the hallway stank. I know it is an old hotel and it smells of smoke and age. Courtyard renovated the place but did not replace the drywall. It stank of the years when hotels allowed people to smoke in them. It was a large room but it was uncomfortable because of the filth and smell. I expected a cleaner room post COVID. Also, homeless encampments are on the perimeter of the parking lot. They should put rocks on the side of the facility. The staff were welcoming and professional. The breakfast that came with the room and the wait staff were awesome.
