Definitely disappointed to found out that the room is not as discribed. Hotel refused to give any compensation or alternative choices to us and just ask us to call Hotels.com directly. The room is not worth to the prices I paid for!!

Pas de restaurant le dimanche et lundi. Aucune indication qu’ il y des marches partout Difficile pour une personne âgée avec une canne Des marches pour aller à l’ascenseur, pour sortir des ascenseurs,pour aller au restaurant de l’ hôtel etc…. Difficile d’accès durant la fête du Nouvel An chinois,tout Trafalgar Square fermé….. Employés charmants malgré tout Si j’ai à retourner à Londres je n’irai pas à cet hôtel

Great location. It's kind of between Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. And almost everything else is within a 20 mins walk or a short underground tube ride. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, and the windows don't open. Our room didn't even have a luggage rack. Also, no toiletries aside from soap. The front desk clerks were friendly, but at times very disorganized and slow. Our room came with breakfast, and it was adequate. But honestly, there are plenty of breakfast places and bakeries nearby. Overall, an okay stay, just nothing fancy.

The property is in in good condition and in an excellent location about 100m from Leister Sq. The room is clean and the staff friendly. However, the rooms are very continental with weird layout to the bathrooms and toilets that seem to gather rather than flush the contents. Room cleaning is very late in the afternoon. While the price is acceptable for the hotel I doubt we will stay again.
