Very close to Wandsworth Town train station. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included which tastes good. Price-to-quality ratio is pretty good.

Their staff are really helpful. We bring our bicycles and ride in London but we have to fix some parts. When we ask to lend some tools, they not only lend us but fix our problems aggressively. The staff in the restaurant are nice too. We talked every morning with them. They are very busy and work very hard but they still have big smiles. Location is good, just less than five minutes to the train station. However, that station has no lift. If you bring with large luggage, it may be a problem.

The staff were excellent but struggling with broken air con, no hot drinks available and lack of stock for bar drinks. They were doing their best but it was clear that they were embarrassed at the lack of goods on offer.

The hotel itself is pretty good and very clean. I am rating it lower because of the service of one employee. The day we arrived the a/c was not working, which was a big deal because it was so hot but Lloyd helped us very much and I get it, things happen. However we went out to eat that evening and brought back some food. There is no fridge in the rooms therefore we could not keep our food in the room. We asked if our food could be put in the fridge downstairs and the employee on duty at the time said no problem. YayWhen we went to get our food the following day the employee we found who seemed to be in a managerial position was not impressed at all and borderline rude. He told us that the hotel policy does not allow them to store food from outside, which I get. But then put a fridge in the room so I don’t have to throw away my food. What if I had medication that is supposed to be stored in a fridge what would I have done? In a nutshell I probably won’t be going back to this hotel, not because it is bad but because I want the option to store my food or drinks for late night snacks. On the positive side, if you don’t need a fridge this hotel is convenient. It is 5 mins walk from train station and bus stops if you are using public transport it is super ideal. the neighborhood is quite nice and not noisy. Most employees were super helpful and friendly except for that one individual. Breakfast was great. Thank you Lloyd, you did an awesome job making us feel welcome.

It was pretty bad. A/c didn’t work and our toilet wouldn’t flush. They suggested I use the tea kettle to dump water into the toilet bowl in order to get it to flush. What?! London was in the mid-80’s all week so it was hot! Don’t think I can recommend this place

The air con did not work and we weren’t informed of this until we checked in. The reception clerk said he would find us a room with AC but didn’t. A night clerk gave us a discounted rate and gave us a fan. It’s was 75 at night and 90 in the daytime. Breakfast was good and it’s close to two pubs on the river, but little else.
