3 day stay. Quick efficient check in. Staff welcoming. Large hotel and room was big, clean and functional. Not luxury but perfectly ok. Breakfast very good. Goid access to public transport near hotel and easy walk into city centre with plenty of restaurants / bars etc Would stay again

Overall it was good

Breakfast was great. Overall experience was good except I booked the room with 2 adults and 2 kids and they had one kid in their system. Another thing is that they don’t have parking and maybe they have but it is always full. We had to park the car in the parking house.

Good breakfast and good location. But to be honest for that price and that brand I would expect better rooms. They are ok but absolutely not the standard you would expect. Poor airconditioning, rooms and bathrooms seem to come from the 1980's. allmost no plugs for electronic and the floor of the hallways look like there has been a water leakage.

Walking distance to railway station. Very cold in the room, asked for an extra blanket and got a duvet... Asked for cleaning, but didn't get it. Nice receptionist Rebecka helped out several times. Limited menu in the restaurant.

Lite fel beskrivet bara.

Var tyvärr fel i beskrivningen att det skulle vara två enkelsängar och två sängar för barn. Var en dubbelsäng och en våningssäng. Personalen var ensam men försökte lösa situationen ändå. Tog tillslut och drog isär dubbelsängen och en fick sova utan madrass och den andra med dubbelvikt madrass. När vi redan lagt oss ringde de och hade hittat ett annat rum med enkelsängar. Men vi orkade inte kliva upp och packa om allt. Men förutom det lilla var det perfekt. Sov gott utan madrass på sängen ändå.

Vi har bott på detta hotell flera gånger förut. Är ett bra hotell. Men att det kostar 200kr att parkera bilen i deras hotellparkering under hotellbyggnaden är ju skamligt. Tvåhundra kronor. Nä, detta gör tyvärr att vi kommer undvika detta hotell framöver. Dock är resten på hotellet utmärkt! Frukost/hotellbar/rummet. Men betalar man då mycket man gör fö en natt så borde deras parkering inte kosta 200kr!

Rummet var iskallt och det fanns ingen möjlighet att reglera värmen själv. Elementet på rummet förblev kallt trots att jag vred upp det till max. Mitt rum låg nära hissen, så när det kom folk där hördes det mycket väl. Första gången trodde jag att ett helt sällskap ramlat in i mitt rum, jag hörde vartenda ord, inte något roligt sätt att vakna på under natten. Dessutom var gardinerna inte mörkläggande, så det blev aldrig riktigt mörkt, och på morgonen var det rent av ljust, trots att klockan inte var mer än strax efter 06. På frukosten fanns det inte mycket bröd att välja mellan. Mest bara surdegsvarianter som är så sega att tugga. Jag föredrar mjukare och luftigare alternativ. För mig som bara äter macka till frukost är brödet väldigt viktigt...

Ett vanligt Scandichotell med bra läge nära stationen. Rummet, bra luftkonditionering, bra sängar, OK badrum, dålg belysning vid handfatet och vi saknade mindre förstoring spegel. Rumspriset var mycket bra.

Frukostkaos

Organisationen av frukosten är helt undermålig. På grund av hur serveringen är uppställd bildas väldigt långa köer vilket gör att det tar mycket längre tid i matsalen än nödvändigt och det därmed blir överfullt. Med en bättre uppställning av frukosten skulle genomströmningen kunna bli mycket bättre och trivseln öka.

Barnens extra sängar var inte uppbäddade när vi kom till rummet, jag nämnde det vid utcheckning men svaret jag fick var att dom inte gör detta. Vi bor 5 ggr per år och jag upplever att detta brukar vara klart. Lätt slitna rum. Frukosten var god! Vi kommer titta på alternativa hotell vid nästa vistelse i Linköping.
