It's older for sure, but the king room was very clean and very quiet when I was there. Staff was extremely nice. And I would definitely stay there again if I was passing through.

Okay for One Night
I indeed found the cleanliness in my room to be rather questionable. As well, while that may not be the fault of the property's management per se, the drinking water coming out of the taps or faucets had a strange smell about it, as though the water were coming straight from the bottom of the marsh.

The staff were very nice and even loaned me their personal Apple phone charger as I had forgotten my own. This property is old but they have done a nice job keeping it up.

Bathroom door doesn't close. No blankets. Room didn't smell fresh. You could smell that it was probably a smoking room before. Found a roach and a large ant on the bathroom floor.

Trying, but Lacking
I could tell that the owner is trying, however to see roaches, the bath tub in terrible condition and the rates bit posted in the room in violation of the law was bothersome at best. I really could not recommend this motel/hotel to others. As a matter of fact we switched our post cruise stay to their competitor in hopes of a better experience.

Been here several times before. Prices are up but they are not improving the property. Just everyday aging issues but there doesn't appear to be any updating and refreshing.

Bed wa too firm. Shower was a drizzle and scalding water. I could not adjust it, gave up and got out with barely a washup by dipping my cloth in the water. My husband skipped it.

This property could use a good paint job in & out Could put rods in to hang clothes. The owners should try upgrading & fix broken tiles in bathroom thus securing curtain rod for shower curtain They offer a microwave & fridge as well as free breakfast but coffee is greatly watered down with packaged muffins. On a scale of 1-10 it’s a 3 It served my purpose but could use a lot of help

Bathroom had sewage smell and poor functioning toilet. Hotel is a worker stop over with residents cooking greasy spicy foods in rooms party atmosphere people on phones making drug deals in parking lot. No manager on site..housekeeper checked us i. And barely spoke English. Office is a mess drywall in rough shape. Was already charged for room and no. English speking staff couldn’t help with things. Was assured smell and toulet would be taken care of but upon a return room wanst fixed.Left without staying and requested refund from Cassandra. Waiting for owner response. Rodwway should be ashamed of this hotel and poor maintenance by owner Ice maker non working as well

No clock or coffee in the room. Bathtub was not in good condition, water was very hard to control….scalding hot to freezing cold. The young woman who checked me in was very nice. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was afraid to touch the drapes to open them. They looked like the original and hadn’t been cleaned since they were first installed. The window was grimy and I tried not to touch anything unnecessarily.
