This was a single room booking.
The room is quite large for a single, especially when you're in Japan.
So be happy, this room has more than enough for a single traveller.
The staff was very courteous, friendly & their knowlegde of English was really good.
The room is spacious, bathroom is a good size, and very clean.
Little fun trying to figure out the a/c control but I managed.
FYI, you have to put your key into the slot to turn on the electricity in the room.
You also have to leave your key at the front desk when you're going out. (no biggy to be honest)
And if you're oout after midnight the door will be locked & you must either buzz in or get the code from the front desk that day, so you can get in. (again, no biggy)
The day I had to check out, I had to go some where & they were nice enough to hold my bags until I got back.
Things turned later than I thought, but when I gave them the number tag they gave me, they presented me with my bags. AT NO CHARGE! And thanked me for staying & to enjoy the rest of trip.
Now that's amazing for service.
