飯店門口街道非常塞車。
飯店蠻舊的，交通非常不方便，飯店門口的大街非常堵車而且飯店附近的馬路都是單向道所以附近的交通狀況都是持續堵塞不通，晚上治安不好！

入住體驗良好
五星級飯店安檢較嚴格，每次回去都要安檢，不過也相對安心，泳池很美也有spa池，可惜有一個池好像在整修；健身房的器材也不馬虎，也有更衣室；櫃檯人員英文很好，溝通沒問題，需要什麼東西都會立刻送來，而且態度超級好！早餐是很豐盛的buffer，想吃什麼都有，印尼炒麵、現做歐姆蛋等，可以吃很飽！ 稍微美中不足之處就是飯店位置離逛街餐廳熱區很近，但是晚上走路回去都會經過一小段路暗暗沒什麼人，只有媽媽或老人帶小孩坐在路邊乞討，看了心情有一點受影響，除此之外其他都是很好的體驗！

Perfect Pool
酒店位置方便，而不會受到大街噪音影響，非常好。露台房間會比較開揚，房間內裝修比較簡單，開始有點殘舊，廁所抽風不良，有點臭味。早餐款式多，質素好。泳池非常大，雖然人多但daybed位置都好多，好relax！一定要留時間享受泳池！

Highly recommend the stones!
We had a great time living in the stones, the environment are really clean and nice and the security at the front gate make us feel safe to live here. The pool and all the facilities are all well maintained. The foods here and the breakfast buffet are stunning and mouth-watering! We will definitely revisit here! It would be perfect if more live band performance at the pool.

一開始入住，工作人員忘了房間有附早餐後來出示證明才說是系統未登入，所幸後面都解決了。符合五星級的酒店，但下次會考慮住別的飯店。

讓人大開眼界 不敢相信自己經歷的五星飯店房間
五個晚上花掉高房價,得到一間號稱五星,沒有陽台,窗外亂七八雜樹漫草,讓人完全不想打開窗簾的房間,沒有浴缸,簡單的shower和馬桶間,以一層窗簾和床鋪區域隔開,非常奇怪的房間.所有的衛浴消耗品看起來非常的廉價,二人房浴帽只給一個,且每天都不補,沒有提供牙刷也沒有牙膏,客房積塵嚴重,裝潢貼皮多處破損,老污垢在牆角桌間到處可見. 傻眼,來到峇里島,竟然住到這樣的飯店,還是頭一遭.The hotel was too expencicely for what it was,Don't waste your money here~~

在庫塔區，離市區較近但又最安靜的酒店
位置在庫塔的鬧區，飯店前面就有海灘，但又晚上又不會有Live Bar的吵鬧聲，很舒適。 走路逛街大約走20分鐘，很舒服的享受。

The hotel is a bit old and we saw a few roaches in our room at night for a few days which was a bit of a disappointment. Don’t know if it’s because our room is on the first floor. They should do a better job for the pests. But I do have to say, it has a nice pool and restaurant food is nice too. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient to eatery and shopping and of course the beach!

Ended up getting Bali belly and only thing different I ate was at the resort. Talking to a few other guest and they had got it too. Thinking the food standards of the resort may not be inline with their hospitality

This hotel was amazing! I couldn’t say enough about the hotel, the staff and the time we had there. The rooms were always stocked and clean, the staff always at attention to assist and always willing to offer recommendation for where to go and what to do. It is a quiet neighbourhood, less party spot but is very calm and safe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone possible and will be back. I miss it already.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Never felt so welcome at a hotel before. The cleanliness and the attention to detail is second to none. I just met the staff and I already feel like family! I couldn’t asked for a better safe, clean, friendly, and great tasting food might I add from a hotel.

Great pool area, great breakfast, and friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are good size (outward facing rooms have no balcony), our choice to stay in a room with no balcony, but next time with have a room with a balcony). IMO needs a better menu for poolside food. Short walk for many food choices, or dine in at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of transport available out front of hotel.
