因為Expedia既錯誤,令入住過程有hiccup, 不過前台職員Arai處理態度反應出色(要執行流程及處理我的憂慮),至少維護到我對酒店運作的信心。 其他室內硬件良好(除了一盞房燈時暗呼亮)。房間舒適,好好休息了一晚!

Horrible experience, have stayed at many different hotels in Hong Kong but it was one of the worst experience. We stayed for more than 1 week, the king bed is made up of 2 single beds and the pillows are too soft and not comfortable. The room cleanliness is so so only. The bellboy at hotel parking area is rude. There are too many guests at the hotel and it’s a bit noisy in the corridor. Transportation wise, it’s about 10-15 mins walk to MRT, not particularly convenient. There are shops and restaurants tin the vicinity, which is the one only plus side. Overall, it’s more of a 4 stars hotel

Surely come back
A wonderful experience staying in Kerry Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. Thanks for upgrading our room and preparing a cake for us. Overall environment is clean and fresh. Check-in counter works smoothly and efficiently. Took less than 2 mins for check in and out respectively. The service is excellent. Recommended!
