The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the room and its hardware left something to be desired.
One major issue was the odour and moist smell in the room, which can be uncomfortable and unpleasant. The venting system was poorly designed so the moist air after bath was hard to get rid of. Additionally, the mirror was covered in mould, which is disgusting and also a concerning health hazard. The room size was also too small for a family, which made it difficult to move around and made the space feel cramped.
While it's good that the room was designed to be accessible, this seems to have come at the expense of overall usability. The TV being located in the middle of the room was a major inconvenience, blocking the area and reducing the already small room size. Further, the room size were occuplied with a large window sill resulting in even smaller room space. The bed also seemed to be poorly designed, with a mattress that was uncomfortable and super super super bouncy, and the bed itself unable to support the weight of two people sitting on one side and will fall.
Overall, while the staff were friendly, it seems that there were too many issues with the room itself to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel in view of such poor usability
