Checked in and had to go to another building to where we were actually staying on the other side of the street (not far, but really annoying). Room was extremely outdated as well.

Never coming clean single day. I call front desk they are never care. 7 days I use one towel only. Trash is full never coming to take. I stay 7 days never coming to change bed. I don’t understand.I calling so many times front desk. Never take care of me.I’m so angry.

Tiny but it worked

I am an American who is use to larger spaces. The hotel was nice enough and the staff amazing. The bathroom was super tiny and the bed slanted down.

Reception is across the road but still works OK. Clean room for arrival only because servicing is extra. Breakfast is also extra but being Japanese style I brought my own. Along walk 30 min from transport and no window view. Convenient to Seven Eleven across the road. Ok if you’re on a budget.

It is very convenient for traveling famous places in Tokyo, for example, Shinjuku, Asakusa and Akihabara. In addition, you could find many kinds of restaurants and shops around the station. Regarding to the rate, our hotel rate changes defend to the season. It would be really appreciated if you could keep us in mind for your next visit in Tokyo.
