Good
Staying in the hotel is just like way back to colonial era as it should be one of the oldest hotel in the city. Location is so convenient for visiting tourist hotspot and famous restaurant. The indoor lighting is not bright enough which make the room is a bit too dark at night.

酒店位置非常方便，成條街都系出名要食個啲餐廳(1條直路)。離夜市15mins內。行去菲律賓市場 榴槤街個邊大約30mins。 房間舊，但冷氣熱水都非常充足。

合共訂了5天. 首天入房, 不到3分鐘發現1隻蟑螂, 自行殲滅, 之後就沒見過第2隻, 房間整體來說狀況非常好 (新翼), 整潔, 不知道蟑螂那裏跑出來?! 客服方邊, 要看有沒找對人, 個別的okok之後就忘了你. 有幾位卻很熱心.

懷舊但舒適的住宿
酒店算是亞庇市中最舊的酒店，可是整體上也不錯。酒店房較為古舊，熱水只是暖而不熱，而冷氣很冷，即使調整了還是很冷。而被子是由白色被套和被褥組成，而被褥有煙頭的痕跡。可是，整體上所有床褥，洗手盤，浴缸也是潔淨的。而lobby員工也有禮，會幫忙開門及提供協助。而酒店位置十分方便，對面已有2家有名的肉骨茶店，逢星期六及日更有夜市及Sunday Market, 比菲律賓夜市更有特色。

Best location in town with colonial charm
As a historic boutique hotel, the Jesselton managed to age well even when I am assigned to the older quarter. The room is spacious and clean, with an energetic attendant readily providing me with amenities such as slippers and tea bags that room service may have missed initially. The location is simply unbeatable as you are in the middle of Gaya street with all kinds of restaurants and cafes, and surprisingly the walls and windows are thick enough that you won't hear much noise at night. Just be ready to bring toothbrushes and you will definitely enjoy the stay.

這是一間很老的酒店，飯店裝潢還不錯，也很乾淨整潔；但冷氣是用手動開的，第一天入住時竟然沒有給我牙刷，想要用房間電話打前台也打不出去，服務人員態度很好，只是什麼都要自己跑下樓跟前台講；想安靜睡覺不被打擾可以住，想要好的服務不推薦

飯店復古但內裝維持得很好，地點優越、前台人員親切，美中不足是隔音不佳，床單上有血漬，且隔壁店家在施工，早上有把我們吵醒。

富有歴史感的酒店
總共住了3晚，第一晚冷氣機滴水嚴重，好像開了水喉一樣，幸好第二天酒店弄好了，酒店員工態度不錯，客房雖不算大但算舒適和整潔！wifi很慢，我都是用自己的流動網絡，酒店外觀漂亮，是很有歷史的建築物，最方便是一出已是加雅街，地點非常好！性價比不錯！

we have five people and we thought we needed to book two taxi. however, the staff was very friendly and helpful and he booked a bigger taxi for us so that we all five people (with our luggage) could take one taxi. the hotel's location is good too.

深夜機到達，所以選擇這裡住一晚，早上到GAYA ST.吃早餐及購物 好： -就在GAYA ST上，附近便是SURIA SABAH及美麗華，至碼頭也方便 -酒店沒有車位，雖然GAYA街上很多車位，但日間都泊滿車，原本打算放下行李便開車到SURIA SABAH泊車。深夜到達，酒店門前車位竟然都是空的，晚上直至早上8點更不用付款。由於我們很晚才會起床，酒店人早上幫我們購買停車票，非常感謝 -房間算大 -服務員友善 不好： -隔音差。不但街外車聲很大，我們的床頭剛好貼著隔離的廁所，一大早便傳來很大的水聲 -升降機內有異味

吃饭什么的很方便，旁边就是富源，离码头海边大商场都很近。 设施陈旧，但是看起来有历史感。 还是说说设施，没有牙刷牙膏也就罢了，结果洗澡毛巾只给了一条，浴缸坏的，没法封住水。

good location but a bit over-priced
I stayed here for two nights. The location of the hotel is perfect. Although non smoking room was requested, a smoking room was given. I had fair experience with this hotel. But with this price, I expected more. I stayed in another three stars hotel during my stay too. Similar location and room condition but it was much cheaper.
