酒店位處於的地區是菲律賓人區域，鄰近機場，遠離市中心，常常都要乘坐的士出入。此外，酒店屬於一所回教酒店，夜晚時有許多回教徙在酒店用餐。 1. 衛生情況差(hygiene bad)。此酒店的衛生情況欠佳，我們均在床上發現許多螞蟻。 2. 酒店設施差(facilities bad)。酒店房的燈是壞，門鎖是壞，空調是壞。 以上種種情況，在我轉房後亦有出現，員工亦沒有即時解決。 3. 24小時前台服務的服務差勁(24 hours receptionist bad)。前台有時候不會接聽你的電話，需要親自去到前台，才會 受理顧客的需要。 4. 安全問題(safety problem)。酒店的升降機任何人都可以乘搭，不需要任何拍卡行為以確定其住客身份，這對女性顧 客構成危險，因為可能有男性更容易地跟隨女性上酒店房。 在此，我不推薦各位入住此酒店。 I am not recommend this hotel.

There are many ants in 814 room.....
There are many ants in 814 room..... We had stayed for 2 nights and need to fight with many ants..... So I have to ask the cleaning staff to kill the ants by special liquid! That's the only bad thing during my stay here..... Nobody likes to sleep with ants.........

Need to clean the room more carefully......
We had stayed 2 nights at this hotel..... Room is spacious but we found 1 alive cockroach in the room and he ran away in the room because I wanted to kill him! Finally I killed the cockroach within 5 minutes...... That's unacceptable for a new hotel! And I had asked for morning call at 4 AM but no morning call service after 4 AM..... So we almost missed our flight at 6:10 at airport...... That's also unacceptable!

第一天就觉得酒店的服务很好，很贴心，但是住了两天后发现都舍不得离开酒店了。很多细节都忘记了，主要有两个细节印象超级深刻：1、第二天一早出门穿了件外套，晚上回酒店时放在了包里，门口的小哥竟然还记得，贴心地提醒我是否忘记了带外套。2、住了三晚后舍不得离开，决定最后一天还是在这家酒店住，但是因为网络临时用不了，决定去刷卡订酒店，前台竟然说网上订会便宜很多，让我们不用急着刷卡，可以帮我们保留房间到第二天晚上10点，那时如果网上订不了再刷卡也不迟。这么贴心的住宿还第一次遇到，导致我们最后一天行程都舍不得离开了。

不错的酒店
酒店很舒适，干净，性价比高。服务生态度非常好，之前我们网上订的，到那已经没房了，但他们积极联系，帮我们找了另一家酒店安置，还送了水果盘表示歉意。早餐是自助的，很丰富；楼下的餐厅也很不错，服务生态度很好。满意！ 唯一就是距市区有点远，但有穿梭巴士，还是能解决的。

Comfortable to stay
The people at the reception and housekeeping are generally very polite and helpful. The included buffet breakfast is a mix of Malay, Chinese and Western food, not a lot of varieties but plenty to choose from. The "chao ho fen" (Chinese stir fried rice noodles) is especially yummy. The location is a little removed from the shopping area but if you have a car then it's within a few minutes drive to major shopping complexes and attractions. The bath towels are the only down side, with some stains and some with tears. There were ants inside the room so we tried to keep anything that attracts ants away from the beds. It's not a big issue though. Overall we are quite satisfied with the hotel.

An okay hotel with reasonable amenities. Be aware that there is no alcohol in this hotel despite the ‘mini bar’. Staff lovely and very helpful. Limited options for vegetarians especially at breakfast

Reception and staff were ok and helpful. Clearly housekeeping was the major issue: dirty sink, rubbish in the sinkhole, stained duvet and pillowcases, stained iron plate, no jug kettle, run down ironing board. What's worse was had very disturbed sleep. Creepy noises and window in the bathroom was left open by the hotel (don't know for what reason???) By far this has been one of my worst for 2- day stay at any hotel. For the rates charged of over RM200, that's just unacceptable. I suggest the hotel reduce the rate to RM100-150 which will justify their setbacks.
