不會再住
房型與hotels 相片不符，但因已坐了兩程飛機實在太累不想再去大堂申訴。 不會再住，床中間下陷，清潔度不足， 晚上由地下酒吧傳上來的音樂聲，吵得不能入睡，投訴後亦無改善。

如果只得這間酒店，迫不得意下才會再住。
我住在685房，每晚凌晨12時一樓酒吧的音樂令到整個房間都在震動，根本無法入睡，一直到凌晨2時，致電前台投訴亦沒有一點點改善，他們好像習慣了亦不會處理。 早餐人非常多，食物味道很差，因太多團隊客人，情況很混亂，住宿3天，只去了一次已經嚇怕。 房間整潔度亦不理想，被單枕袋梳化全部因太舊已起了毛頭，十分噁心，床褥也是凹陷下去。 在網上顯示的房間與真實房間完全不相同

公路在旁，机场附近，非常嘈吵，另一面泳池旁边，游泳池的人声亦非常嘈吵，其他整体亦可接受，但我相信下一次不会再住这家酒店，是由于地点问题。

房間很大，設施足夠，職員友善，待客有禮。 酒店對面已有大型商場，購買飲食包羅萬有。 距離市中心只有5-10分鐘車程，十分方便。

Close to shopping mall
Not bad at all except transportation, near Imago, a big shopping mall but don't try to walk over there, cause there is a highway. If you like busy breakfast you definitely love it.

Nice hostel
Ming Garden is a nice place to stay. It is comfortable. Hotel is near the airport, just takes around 10~15mins. There are several shopping mall nearby.

用餐碗碟全部都好污糟，完全唔覺有問題，不過侍應就態度真係好好

Average hotel, but not worth for a 4 stars.
The room is dirty, bed is not comfortable and the fridge in the room is so noisy. Although the breakfast is included, there is no need to spend time to try; because you can't even find a table to enjoy your morning. The breakfast area is full of people .

只待了一晚，服務員很親切，價錢合理，房間設施基本標準的都有，床很舒服，廁所很大，但淋浴空間規劃不是很好。

給我們平台層的房間，玻璃門連接平台，私隱度大減，也有菸味及有人在平台層抽菸。另外，雖然距市中心2條馬路，但不足1分鐘路有我認為全亞比市最好的商場

Quite far from the main city, it takes 20-30minutes to walk there. Although hotel provides shuttle bus services, it ends at 7pm. However, it quite comfortable!

我覺得本酒店太多大陸人團體入住，比我想像中無渡假感覺, 在泳池享受陽光時，實在太多人在這範圍拍攝和大聲呼叫，影響每一個在泳池享受和 relax

一般的酒店
房間還可以，我們住了6晚，room service 有點慢 (他們整理房間後拿走了毛巾卻沒有換新的來, 打電話叫他們拿給來卻要超過30MINS), 每天早上起身也看到同一條4腳爬爬, 房間與價錢成正比, 而且出入也要靠TAXI, 不過不失吧。

酒店整潔度好差，地點超級唔方便，對面係商場，但係要搭的士先可以翻酒店，因為隔住條大馬路，無天橋，無人行路，下次一定唔會再住

酒店本身已經不在市中心範圍，以為會有舒適的環境。結果住了5晚，有2晚是沒有毛巾的，雪櫃亦是沒有提供的，房間清潔並不理想，我搭15:40飛機離開，想14:00 check out都不能，要加RM150!

當我到這酒店，早上十一時多，櫃檯不給我check in,我要呆至二點才給房間，而酒店位置極不方便，要外出購物吃的，要行二十分鐘，所出外出主要靠酒店車。下次再來沙巴，絕不再住這酒店。

房間舒適乾淨，服務人員態度良好，餐點不錯，但離市區有點距離
飯店房間內沒有吹風機，和訂房時的描述有點不同。 早餐的buffet很多元也很好吃，服務人員態度良好，動作也很快。 房間很舒適乾淨，床也很舒服。 只是離市區有點遠，出門較不方便。

a bit disappointed
Great spot close by kk town,food was reasonable,but first thing the toilet was blocked n they try to fix it for three times still block,then we had to change room,but we thought after changed room problem was solved ,nope the guest room aircon wasn't functioning well they did try to fix it but still didn't work,house keeping wasn't good at all,they didnt wash the dishes well still very greasy,end up we had to call the manager up to ask them sort out those problem it was so disappointed for that,i thing that we dont understand is why they dont pick up the dishes outside the room,they has been left it outside for over 24hours

Thank you for free upgrade of our rooms from Superior to Deluxe. Pro:1. Hotel receptionists are friendly and helpful. 2. Close to airport. (10 min taxi ride with only RM30) 3. Free bus to downtown area (including Jesselton Point). 4. Spacious room - the deluxe one is quite worth the money. 4. 'New' Imago Mall (KK Time Square) is just across the hotel. There is a supermarket and various restaurants within the mall. There is a secret entrance to enter the Mall area which will save you lots of time. (Just carefully across Jalan Coastal highway, walk south west and look a fence opening). 5. Instead of taking the hotel bus, you may also walk to Jalan Tun Fuad Stephen Rd and take a city bus for only 1RM. Con:1. Due to hot weather, it is easily smell decaying food in the hallway. 2. Smell of smoke (or something the like) within the room. 3. Same as most hotels, sound proofing is not so good.
