Overall staff was great however property does not have all the amenities they claim there was only a pool bar and limited menu there no real dinner retaurant like they claim

Really nice and clean hotel , room was lovely and clean ( smells fresh ) Easy check in with very friendly staff, Which gave you free cup of cocktail in the reception in the evening .. ( not sure if it’s every evening) Free bus ride was great …..it leaves hotel on the hour and returns half past the hour . Again lovely friendly staff , joined in with us singing on return ride to hotel . I would definitely recommend this hotel great location. You do have to pay for parking and resort fee But it wouldn’t put me off returning back . We Have stayed at other key west hotels and they haven’t been as clean as they should be !!!
