Not a bad place to stay for a night. Easy freeway access and property seemed safe. Key card would not work on any outside doors and would cause the key to reset so it would not work in the room door either. Had to visit the front desk 3 times for this. Bed was mostly comfortable, but may have also been broken as any movement caused it to make a clunking sound.

Stayed in room 101 on Freeway side of the building. Traffic noise from the Freeway was loud, Standing floor lamp missing shade just a bare bulb. Could use another electrical outlet at desk location.

2nd time staying here. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The breakfast was good but not a lot of options, I may be being spoiled. I was definitely grateful for the food the offered.

The room was great however the toilet not so much went to the desk and she handed me a plunger. Went for breakfast to have the lady at the desk and… the other staff member get into a heated discussion if you will breakfast was late and we had to leave with out and hit a drive through. Felt the hotel was dated but room was big pillows were lacking but other than that it was a great stay

This hotel could use a remodel. Bathroom had tile falling down by the door. Curtains were a little worn. No tea really available and breakfast was usually gone by 9 am. I might go to the hotel behind them as it was recently remodeled and looked cleaner.

We arrived for a single night stay and the front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I booked online and all was seamless checking in. We went to our room and noticed multiple light bulbs burnt out, a water bottle that wasgqrbage under the head of the bed and the room had stained carpet, the furniture was pretty neat up, but those things were not ideal but not anything to worry too much about. Later on, we noticed more, like loose hair on the bathtub and in the drain, a cigarette was under the covers, broken so it was a mess of tobacco and in the morning, the promised hot breakfast was not available. There was coffee and tea which only had a half a cup left. Someone, I presume the maid, knocked and opened the door without waiting for a response at 8:30 am even though the sign was on the door. I’m disappointed. I would try to stay there again because it has typically been nice and maybe it was just a one time issue

The carpet and chair were stained. The ironing board wasn't in the room. The television was in a position which could only be viewed if you were on the bed (I had to listen to movies). There was a chair in the shower, and all the additional accessibility bars made it hard to turn the hot water on (i didn't shower). Breakfast was very minimal. I showed up to breakfast at 7, and it was almost all gone. The staff was great.

Dirty smells terrible. Pretty sure there's blooded stains in the rooms ( on the walls and ceilings, and curtains.) Looked like poop and blood on a bathroom chair for disabled people. Rooms smelt like an old bar with cigarette smoke. The refrigerators smelt like death. Pillows are definitely OLD. I want my MONEY back.

1st check in, got into our room smelled like someone been smoking in the room, so husband went back to service desk got another room. Well 2nd room looked like someone broke in from outside and slept in the bed so again husband called it in, lady from the front came and saw and gave us another room. 3rd room was good clean and was better than others.. but next day our ba k was killing us. The bed was hard-weve tossed up and down all night and left early am. Afea was pretty decent and convince nesrby restaurants and gas station, made it easy to get nack on freeway to continue our drive.

The room wasn't clean all the way. We found a french fry on the night table and the dresser drawers were busted. The beds were fairly comfortable the sheets were nice and clean. All in all it's an okay hotel. It's just pretty old and in need of updating. The staff was not very helpful. If I was staying there with my kids or my girlfriend. I probably would have complained but it was me in another guy and we weren't in the room very much.

The first room we were placed in the toilet leaked all over the floor. They are not accommodating to putting us or helping us into another room that evening. We had to move our own things to another room above on the second floor. There was no elevator, and the second room we were placed in was moldy and dirty Floors were not vacuumed and the toilet and shower both had mold in them. Would never stay there again.
