My First Booking at this Hotel
This is my first stay at this hotel. First impression was bad. The main door was always lock (as a precaution for whatever reason you can guess) and I need to knock the glass panel to let the reception notice my present, to unlock the main door for my entry. Not sure is there any door bell. Then, I don't get the welcome greeting from the reception who are sitting but instead got the tilted eyeballs staring at me while I am walking closer to the counter. And so I started the conversation. It seems like the customer service is relative bad. Besides, I have no comment in the facility and environment as they are acceptable. Stay was pleasant although the room size is slightly bigger than a queen size bed. Not noisy, maybe my room is not near the window. Overall, I would recommend other to stay at this hotel. All the food, shopping and drinking are just at walking distance.

The unique point about this hotel is that even though it is only a low rise building,it does provide elevator for guests.This is not usually found at other hotels which are 3 storeys buildings only.Super convenience!

I like most is the feeling of confines when am in the room eventhough my room is without windows. But, what I most dislike about the hotel is the receptionist who entertain my queries on cancellation procedure as I am double book my stay.

Not satisfy for the service
Location is good, room was nice but the service wasn't good. They can only gave one room card, it's not conviniectce when one of us went out for smoking and the other one in the toilet or sleeping, because we can't bring the room card as the electricity would down without the room card, and not able to use other card to replace it too. They changed the wifi password half an hour before the check out time without inform us while I was doing online booking at that time. I guess it maybe happen everyday just to chase the guests to check out early as i asked the reception about it, they were react it's normal to changed password not even apology for the inconvenience caused.

Not so good, as toilet only supply one roll. The room we had, there's a connecting door which made us feel like insecure and no sound proof when someone talks. Can hear the other party's conversation.

Room wall not well insulated. Can hear clearly next room loud noise/conversation. Water pressure at 2nd floor not so good as what other review said. Amenities is ok with restaurants.

Perfect location where Mcdonald is located nearby, and decent foodstall around as well. Staff are friendly, so as the cleanliness in the room is perfectly clean.
