酒店服务人员都很友善，但是总体环境一般，打扫的也不太干净，有一两天忘记打扫。房间比较小, 住过希尔顿suite大很多

The property looks good, the food is ok they have some options, the place is quiet and rooms are ok, clean, just missing bags on tras cans, over all is a good option to stay.

At first, I felt like I made a mistake booking this location since it felt like there was nothing around the area. I was wrong, less than 1 mile away, there was plenty of shopping, dining, and conveniences. Add to that the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. We got assigned an ADA room (we are not disabled) and it was fine, however they may want to look in to roll in roll out showers. The tub already felt like it was caving in and had some soft spots. All in all I would definitely book there again.

We stayed in Irvine for a volleyball tournament. Hotel was close, very convenient. 5 min drive from a shopping center with restaurants and entertainment. Hotel was clean, and comfy. Staff very friendly. There was only one tiny little thing I didn’t like: breakfast opens at 7 on the weekend. And when you have to be on the courts at 7, it’s not convenient.

Not as good as we had hoped
Front desk staff was not very welcoming. Rooms felt dated. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool which was unfortunately very cold despite being indoor. We won't stay here again.

Very convenient hotel, there have been a few noise problems here. But other than that it’s been very nice and a smooth stay. 3/5 of the staff we very nice and accommodating as well. The lady at the front desk was a little rude. However everyone else was fairly nice and hospitable.

This is a great property, will definitely come back. Facility is good, staff is friendly and it offers breakfast. Only minor downside: It’s close to the airport so in the morning you may hear sound from flights.

Thank you everyone! I happened to talk to one of the staff at the reception during breakfast before we leave thinking we can stay for another day. But she said “we are fully booked.” When I checked Expedia, there’s still an available rooms. So I decided to book to Marriot Arcadia. Suggestions: 1. Please dont let your guests pick up the extra blanker downstairs.

We were very impressed with the staff. Woman who checked us in was very patient. We arrived at 11 am, fully expecting ‘sorry we can’t check you on yet. ‘ to our surprise, we got an excellent suite right away! Impressive, most impressive.
