由車站到酒店，大概需要十五分鐘，沿途有一兩家超巿，購物尙算方便。 房間乾淨漂亮，有整套的梳洗用品，有提供風扇但並不需要，因為酒店房間有冷氣，所以即使琉森巿區天氣很熱，也不影響休息。 其他住客提到的火車噪音，酒店其實有提供耳塞，但我和家人都不需要，只要關緊窗戶，噪音其實很小，完全不影響睡眠。 唯一要挑剔的是，酒店位於僻靜的小街，晚上入黑後最好不要獨自外出。

早餐麻麻，餐廳職員服務差，沒有lift 上到頂樓，若安排住頂層便要乘電梯上三樓後，自行再搬行李上一層樓才能找到房間，房內只有一把風扇仔，太熱......若風扇開得耐會發出操音

完全不值得入住的飯店，隔音差又廉價
離車站步行大概需要10分鐘，即使拖著行李也不算太遠。 入住的時候有大概3-4組客人在門口等待卻不見服務人員在櫃台。 訂購的雖然是經濟雙人床房型，但已在當地的消費也絕對不算便宜，客房在大門口進來的櫃檯旁邊，還緊鄰著一樓的公共廁所，拿到房間讓我們非常錯愕，因為隔音非常差，房間雖乾淨但很簡陋，電視是壞的，熱水壺可以使用但是無法把水完全會反覆加熱，燈光也很昏暗（晚上要用電腦眼睛很吃力）所提供的毛巾也是好像很舊，邊線都破了脫線了。 浴室也只準備兩包洗髮精，其他用品都沒有。 訂購的房型雖然含早餐，但是早餐非常陽春，不用有期待。 最糟糕的是晚上睡覺非常吵，房門外遊客說話的聲音聽得清清楚楚之外，樓上房客的舉動聽得清清楚楚，想睡個好覺完全不用想了。 整體而言是間非常差的飯店，根本不值這個價錢。

Nice Hotel
Breakfast is good and staffs are helpful, there has a coin washing machine which is convenient. However, my room is a budget room. The bathroom is too small and hardly turn around.

西站附近好找的酒店
接待的漂亮姐姐很nice，早餐的美女姐姐也很nice，酒店没有热水壶，但是可以向工作人员拿热水，就是小阁楼实在太窄了

不错的酒店
酒店的地点靠近火车西站，坐火车来很方便。酒店干净，床不错。酒店唯一不足的是早餐简单。

價格與所收服務沒有很好的正面評價, 其實主要是interlaken並沒有值得遊覽的地方, 除少女峰, 酒店比較舊式, 近Migros, 但沒有廚房, 所以不能煮食, 很可惜! 位置尚算可以, 容易找! 設施基本就是普通房一間, 有風筒, 但熱水器具是壞的....

This is a nice hotel, good service and not far from the main station. We stayed here two night. It's a comfortable room. The breakfast was not more choice, but the Croissant is very delicious.

1、位置好,很近火车站,交通方便,酒店所在位置容易找。2、环境清静,不嘈杂。3、早餐总括来说算是可以,品种及份量足。4、由酒店步行约10分钟已有很多各式各样的餐馆,丰俭由人;还有一间大型超级市场。5、但喝热水就不方便,需找酒店的人拿热水,我觉得最好每间房能配一个煮沸水的壶。6、有可能我住最顶楼,所以房间面积较小,但总算清洁及舒服。7、可以的话,酒店最好能每间房配置一个小型冰箱。

The location is just 5 mins walk from Interlaken West station and they offer you a transport card that you can travel around interlaken! The stay was enjoyable and I love this hotel!

We were charmed by this little Edwardian hotel close to the center of Interlaken. It is clean, has comfortable beds, and serves a lovely breakfast. Other pluses: it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood but just a short walk to the town center and it has a friendly elderly dog who will greet you in the lobby at the end of a long day.

Very beautiful area to stay. Location was great to train stations to see all the sites. When coming back from a busy day it was nice to get on our outdoor balcony/terrace with a cup tea and enjoy watching the paragliders. Breakfast was good.

The property has a lovely feel to it. Nice and clean, quiet and comfortable. Lovely reception area, comfortable bed and bedding, amazing shower. The only downside if you have heavy bags, there is no lift. But that really didn't detract from it.

Great value for money
We had a wonderful 3-night stay. The place is a stone's throw away from Interlaken West, and the hotel gives you a pass that allows for free traveling within Interlaken on city buses and the train between Ost and West. The hotel was incredibly quiet and even as rough sleepers, we slept very, very well. The breakfast was great also and kept us full until lunchtime. The only problem we had in our room was the shower -- it was impossible to control the temperature at all. Either ice cold or boiling hot were the only options. (Room 109) I wouldn't hesitate to book again. This hotel is on a quiet side street with essentially no traffic. Most of the more expensive hotels seemed to be located in much noisier streets.

Loved the quirky decor and the beautiful location. The included breakfast was delicious. You may want to bring your own shampoo/body wash etc as the provided stuff comes in very small single use sachets

The hotel was very convenient to get to from the Interlaken West train/bus station. We loved our little balcony and especially appreciated the excellent breakfast that was included.
