The room is totally different from the photo. I was staying on the first floor, it was quite noisy, especially the hotel restaurant is right under my floor.

我沒有入住這酒店，因為屋主說房間滿了，把我們轉到另一酒店，離鎮遠五分鐘路程，這令我老婆有點生氣。 幸好，轉到的酒店應該比原本的好。 兩酒店是管理員有禮貌，能幫助旅客。

整體還不錯的酒店
酒店位於市中心，位置不錯，房間雖然不算新，但感覺不錯，價錢合理，而且還有早餐。 咁一要改善是房間厠所的地磚裂了﹐有點危險。

Reasonable Price in Christmas Period
Clean and comfortable room. The check in helper gave us a tourist card for free bus service and shopping discount in town. Good service during check in and tell you where is worth to visit. Only one issue need to improve, there is no lift. Overall good experience living here.

酒店鄰近西站 走路都是10-15分鐘！不想走路的話門口不遠就有巴士站 很方便 房間整齊清潔, 共同浴室也好 服務人員都很Nice 詢問任何事都熱心幫助 下次如果再去的話 都會再次選擇入位

Nice reception
The location of the hotel was convenient, it's only about 5 to 10 min walk to the Interlaken West train station, and just a few min walk to the bus station where you can take bus to travel to most part of the town. The hotel reception was also very nice and helpful. She even recommended us where to eat the famous Swiss fondue and guided us how to take the boat trip.

比較靠近茵特拉根的西站 地理位置很熱鬧 唯一最大的美中不足是 沒有電梯 假如住在高樓層要搬行李會很痛苦 我們這次就住在4樓 搬行李相當痛苦 但這次給我們安排的房間有個小陽台 還不錯 有提供桌子和兩張椅子 坐在陽台可以看到美麗的少女峰心情非常好 非常愜意 廁所非常小 比較陽春 大致上硬體上的設施比較不足 飯店一樓本身是個墨西哥餐廳 東西不錯吃

clean hotel, great staff
Hotel is as shown in pictures, no better, no worse. Some rooms are with external toilette, but most of the time we dont need to wait. Reception is very nice, offering all kinds of information and reminds us with all tips about weather, how to take trains...etc. Very recommend.

酒店位置不错，距离西站近。房间比较简陋，卫生间像个壁橱，洗手池在衣柜旁。房间内不允许吃东西，要去专门的房间吃，有个开水壶和微波炉。

Nice Budget Hotel, but no lift
1) Location was good, just 8 mins walking distance from Main Station 2) Our room without washroom, the shared washroom was clean 3) Clean Hotel and had nice staff 4) We had 2 large luggage, but there was no lift. And had to lift the luggage up the stairs (4th floor) 5) The lock of the room was difficult to open, we tried several time to open the lock.

Great little hotel simple and comfortable with very nice people. Beds are comfortable. Just enough space Easy to walk to both train stations to get up to Wegen and grindlewald. Excellent Mexican food restaurant next door with the nicest waiters. Kind of a hostel feeling but private rooms and bath

We had a great time during our stay. The staff was great and provided assistance as requested; however, in the evening it was difficult to get ahold of someone since the staff also oversee the restaurant located on first floor of hotel. Additionally, it can get loud on weekends because the restaurant attracts many customers. So much that the lobby and common area on second floor were used to sit overflow dinning customers. Nonetheless, for the price and room conditions, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
