This Hotel is located on the Eastside of town which is a known as a "rough" area. The area's around the Hotel is not safe especially at night. The room I had was ok but housekeeping needs to do a much thorough job with inspection. When I went into the room I tried to turn on some lights they were not working, the TV was not working and the bathroom fan does not work. The Bathtub drain is not stable and the Toilet did not flush as well. I contacted the Front Desk they wanted to move me to another room but what guarantee do I have that the other room was going to be any better. Housekeeping, Maintenance and Management needs to check the rooms often to make sure that TV, Lights, Toilets and Fans are all in working order.

Well things in my room didn't work, they had a phone in my room to call the front desk that didn't have a cord on it, the TV when I turned it off wouldn't come back on and there wasn't any Hot water for my shower, the breakfast wasn't the best and the lobby was packed during breakfast and you couldn't take food to your room, but they had mico waves in the room, I don't think I would stay there again, the price was good and they had a pool, but your key card wouldn't work 😱

The staff at this SleepInn were very nice and professional. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived, and they allowed us to change rooms. Overall, the cleanliness in the general areas was very poor. The floors were greasy and murky, the elevators were smudged with dried liquids of some sort, and the pool water was so cloudy that I couldn’t even see down to the second step on the ladder. The worst part was the breakfast area. The tables were not wiped down and the waffle station, the juice area and coffee station were a mess (every day we were there). The food was almost inedible…the bacon looked uncooked, the eggs were swimming in liquid and had a fish-like taste, and the sausage was sitting in a watery liquid also.

The water was the oil you lead there. The hallway had to smell to it. The pool was overchlorinated. The elevators were sketchy, they kept on wobbling around. They opened before they were on the floor. The breakfast wasn't that good.

Hot and not very clean. Giving 3 stars because the staff was nice. Otherwise it would have been 1 Star. The tub was slick and the rubber matting for protection. Elevator floors and lobby floors were filthy. Wood had white foreign splash on window. Hot temps enhance old mildew smells. No air circulation. Stale smells.

On 06/2025, I spent 2 nights at Sleep Inn, Indianapolis, IN. I got a spacious 1 bedroom. It was clean. I did NOT see any bugs so I felt very comfortable. The location appeared to be safe. The parking can get crowded but more parking spots on the side and back of hotel (no parking fee). Breakfast on both days had scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, waffle maker and cereal. 24 hour staff and check out was very convenient. I had a pleasant stay.

Hotel service and rooms are average at its best. The whole hotel was hot, i dont know if tjeynwere having a/c issues but from tje lobby to the 4th floor it waa hot. The area where is located feels and seems unsafe. A lot of homeless walking around and withing the hotel facilities like the pool and lobby. The complementary breakfasts? Well, lets just say is not worth your time. Over all i do not recommend it if you planning to spend the night there with your family.

Very filthy. The lobby and pool seemed to be a hang out for people not staying at the hotel. The friendly staff advised me at check in that the coffee and juices were available 24/7 but they were all empty and the area was trashed. The room seemed ok, but carpet and bathroom were sticky. Coffee maker in room was missing pod tray so I couldn’t make coffee in room. Would not recommend ever.

This was a last minute booking -they had a room & were accommodating. The shower in the room was broken. Staff was responsive to this in that they made a shower in another room nearby available to us. It had to be cleaned first & housekeeping did so right when they got in @ 7. Unfortunately we did not get to use the shower due to the delay- we needed to be on the road at a certain time. We truly appreciated the staff’s efforts with the situation.
