New Property Mgt and Cleaning Services Needed
I came into Houston on a Thursday for an outpatient surgery and needed a place to stay with my husband until our follow up visit on Monday. The code they provided was wrong, and thankfully I was able to get a hold of someone at the property management company and they provided a new code. The WiFi information was also not correct, and they never got back to me on that, so we used our iPads as hot spots to try to work on our computers. There is a great deal of noise on the street as well. Realizing that it was going to take us a while to load up the car since I could not lift anything, I called early the morning of our check out to ask for an additional hour so that we could get it all done. Thankfully we able to get everything packed up and all the check out procedures complete on time, as the property management company never got back to me.
They need to get a new cleaning service! I found two positive pregnancy tests with the box in the kitchen drawer!! There was also snacks in the nightstand. The towels could be upgraded. Given my post surgical recovery, I am glad that they had good mattresses. It is a nice property, unfortunately it has not been kept up well and the cleaning service definitely needs more accountability, as does the property management company!
