The Jefferson is a beautiful, historic hotel. It has a lovely restaurant and great bar. The service is wonderful.

What a wonderful hotel. The history and the beauty of this hotel is amazing. The staff is top notch. Chas was very personable and helpful we will definitely stay here if we return to the area.

Beautiful and historic Hotel with excellent staff! Fabulous experience! My husband had a wonderful massage at the spa and the Gator Boutique is filled with wonderful gifts. The food was delicious… we are looking forward to another stay!

Great hotel with history. Everyone that works there was so accommodating. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The bar is happening with great drinks. Rooms are spacious. Can’t wait to go back!

Pricey but worth it. Excellent service, staff, in room dining and restaurant dining. Double queen room was large and well-appointed. No view, but great room darkening shades.

Not worth the money
I was disappointed in my room. For the amount of money spent for one night, I was expecting to be wowed. It was just like any other hotel room to me. Not to mention, i was woken up by someone's yappy little dog barking in the room next to mine at 0630am. If i wanted to be woken up by barking dogs, I would've stayed home. Also, I thought it was ridiculous that I had to pay $20 to park my car in the parking lot across the street. For the price of the room, parking should have been included. And I had to park my own car, it wasn'teven valet parking. I will not stay at the Jefferson again.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that you were disturbed by another guest's dog so early in the morning. We are a dog friendly hotel but do ask guests so stay with their pets to make sure there is no noise disturbance. We have refunded you the cost for self-parking.

The Jefferson is stunning. It was decorated to the hilt. It is a beautiful property. My only complaint is that due to its splendor and popularity, as guests we couldn't access much, eg bar was too criwded, no dinner reservations, no high tea reservations, etc.

Christmas decorations were really over the top. Staff was great. Enjoyed the history of the hotel. We thought that guests should be given some priority on reservations for tea. Well done, Jefferson! We will be back.
