Poor maintenance level Room was weirdly shaped To enter it you need to open the door 180 degrees (vs the normal 90) Basic breakfast Felt overpriced for its condition and service.

We stayed at the Suite and it was not clean. Candy near the door and a coffee tablet (the one that you put in the coffee machine) was behind the blinds.

Air con not working properly in first room. Took a determined effort to get the hotel staff on duty to acknowledge the issue before eventually moving us to a room where the air con was ok. Attitude problem! 2nd room comfortable & quiet. Pool area ok but spoilt by over loud house music blaring. If the idea was to dissuade guests from staying too long it worked brilliantly. Only one towel per person allocated, had to collect from reception. Decent breakfast and complimentary cakes all day in the lower lobby area.

Very inconvenient place for disable / elderly people. No parking . No bell boy . You can’t even get to the Entrance with a car. We got an extremely narrow room that we could hardly walk in to.

Ilana at the front desk is kind, lovely and gave many great recommendations. The who hotel is spotless and airy. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful and faces the Mediterranean Sea. The pool is clean and has conviennent access to the beach. The rooms have a sea view and great amenities- mini fridge and Nespresso machine.

Rude service on breakfast 😤
We were kicked out of breakfast buffet right when we were going in to have some food. The lady checking guests in for the breakfast venue literally was shouting at us to leave for no reason after we told her our room number. Everyone there who were eating at their table, the chef who was flipping them omelets, the people picking some food from the biffet all were stunned at her yelling and were staring at her and us. We immediately left the place because of how rude she was being; I mean, Karens made more sense than this bish! Its not like we were missing out on anything cause their breakfast isn't even all that good.(No wonder it was free) But hey, atleast the view of the sea and the city was great!

There’s a lot of work to be done here
Might be one of the most disappointing and worse hotels in Israel. Not my first rodeo vacationing in Israel- I know what I have to work with. Some hotels are great, some decent and some horrible. The problem starts when the hotel market itself as a luxury hotel, when in fact it’s far far away from it. You can not put the Satai/Herbert Samuel marketing stamp everywhere, and think it’s enough. Because it’s not. You want to be luxury? Great. Start with the culture of the company, the values that drives the employees and the way the guests are treated. Once you got that, you can now start working on the actual hotel- the rooms, the cleanliness, the amenities, etc. But it all starts with the values, culture, and the way guests are treated. I’ll give this hotel one big plus though- easy access to a beautiful beach!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Located on the beach, so it's very convenient if you're on vacation. The views are nice and the area in general is very positive. However, if you don't have a car, getting in and out (as in going places and then back) can be a challenge. Food at breakfast is nothing too special but very nice. This biggest issue this place has is cleanliness. Rooms are made up daily, but that's limited to making the bed (no sheets change), putting a couple of bottles of water and changing towels. Dust can be seen on almost any surface in the room and the hotel in general. Room carpets are seriously stained. A vacuum cleaner was left by the cleaners in front of my door for a t least a 16 hours, I think they had just forgotten about it. Nice, visitor friendly place, but can be so much better by just being properly cleaned.
