I don't like the cleaner to clean my room at around 430 pm on 2 days. Hotel replied that they have more than 1000 rooms and will be arranged to clean some room on pm sessions. But I am satisfied with their reply as 4 star hotels should arrange staff to clean the rooms with efficient way.

Second time at the Park Plaza Westminster bridge and not the last time! Location is perfect! The suite 1-king is great for 2 adults and 2 children (6 & 9 yo). We’ve arrived earlier than expected, our room wasn’t ready but they’ve assigned us a ready one of the same level. Our daughters have loved the breakfast too!

Great location!!! Views of Big Ben and very walkable to the major sites. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was that we requested our room to be cleaned each day only for them to only clean once during our 6 day stay. The lighting in our suite was also not great—in both the bathroom and the room itself.

Hotel was conveniently located near Big Ben and was easily aceesible to public and private transportation. Rooms were good size and clean. There was some confusion regarding upgrade for EcoClean to a free meal voucher, signs were posted in room, but the property no longer does this. Signs should be upated, very minor issue. I would recommend this property and plan on staying here in the future!

Riesen Hotel mit sehr guter zentraler Lage zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Waren dort mit 2 Kindern, dafür perfekt ansonsten wäre es mir zu gross gewesen. Kleiner Pool, für den man allerdings Time Slots buchen muss, mit diesem Slot kann man dann 30min in den Pool. Frühstück hatten wir mitgebucht, würde ich das nächste Mal aber weg lassen, waren unterwegs deutlich besser frühstücken. Obwohl es mit 2 Kids praktisch war.

This hotel is in a great location and is overal very nice. However, I paid quite a lot of money for a nice room and was disappointed in the rooms condition for what I was paying. It could use updates and repairs. Light switches that barely worked, no working outlets by the bed (had to unplug the phone) or in the bathroom. Torn up chair and bedding, scuffed up furniture. If i paid less, i may not have cared so much, but this was shocking for a luxury hotel. The staff was all very helpful and friendly though.

For lack of a better word... perfect. Staff is kind, insightful and knowledgeable. Rooms are white glove pristine. Wheelchair accessible with room accommodation for disabilities. The location makes all sites within walking distance and easily accessible for those with mobility considerations. The food is excellent and the surrounding areas have exquisite dining options for those who wish to explore outside the hotel. It's located near the Underground and bus lines with cab service at your door (ask for Tony). Check in and check out service if fast, convenient and knowledgeable making suggestions for any leisure time during your stay. Relaxing Mandarin Spa, steam rooms and pool help ease the stress of airline travel. The Illy Cafe has fresh tea, coffee and pastries ready to grab a quick bite. Hot chocolate with your choice of whipped cream is my personal choice. Yet again, for lack of a better word... perfect.

Average 4 star hotel, nothing exceptional but nothing terrible. Great location for prime London sightseeing. Breakfast was average and the pillows were lumpy. Bed was comfy enough. Concierge were great and front desk were very helpful.

It was a great location within walking distance to Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. We didn’t really eat in the restaurants but we did grab a quick breakfast in the coffee shop every day. I liked the selection and not having to get a big breakfast. The room didn’t have a window, which I didn’t like and it really didn’t have a bureau to unpack. It was ok otherwise and clean. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in war sehr unfreundlich. Uns wurde ein falsches Zimmer gegeben, anstelle des gebuchten King Bed Zimmer wurde uns ein Queen bed. zugewiesen. Nach sehr langer Diskussion an der Rezeption haben wir nach ca 1h das richtige zimmer bekommen. Wir hatten das Gefühl das wir absichtlich getäuscht wurden und wir so hingestellt wurden das in einem King bed zimmer ein Queen bed normal sei.

Good location and easily walkable to Big Ben and London eye area. Quilt had holes and stains on the king bed. The pull out sofa bed was terrible and was bent upon arrival. They had easter events on and we were leaving the day before my 8 year old could get her prize and the lady we dealt with at the desk wouldnt give her the prize a day early… probably wouldn't stay here again. Wasnt worth over 500 CAD a night. Lots of premier inns in the area that offer the same amenities for less

Pool access limited to 30 mins and extremely busy. Breakfast area too small for number of guests and wait if you don’t get there early. Location however is excellent. Room however was excellent, bedding clean and comfy, excellent sound insulation. Staff excellent, recommended.
