We stayed here for 3 nights everything was good but the next morning I heard instructions at 9 am that were annoying us, we asked for housekeeping every day the bed and the towels were clean and new but the floor still had a lot of dust but overall is good I like it

My experience at the H Hotel in Korea Town was pleasant. With the price I paid, I really can’t complain too much. From the condition of the hotel, onsite paid parking to the staff, the experience was wonderful, except the noise. I could deal with the noise from the street, but I could not deal with the noises coming from upstairs occupants stomping around or people from the next room going in and out, slamming the door at 3am in the morning. Why am I pointing this out, they probably did install noise prevention padding when they installed their hard wood floor (I can tell that it probably wasn’t installed properly or used quality material). As far as noise from the next room, the walls are paper thin, I could hear pretty much everything. So, it was a sleepless night. On the plus side, I was able to catch up with my emails while being disturbed from the noise in 3am in the morning. Why didn’t I mention this to the front desk? They probably can’t do anything either. Ear plugs and noise canceling headphones are required if you are planning to stay here.

Convenient and good location. Room was clean, staff was friendly. However, I got a charge for 34$ that I’m not sure why. I’ve tried reaching out but have not heard back. At first I thought it might be the deposit but it’s still there and it’s been over a week so it’s definitely a charge.

Sliding glass door in washrooms are quite hard to move and do not offer that much privacy. While wiping fogged up mirror in washroom i was shocked by a bare wire dangling beside it. The staff did not seem very apologetic when i complained about this. Hotel looks nice but would not stay again.
