Outdated Furniture and Dirty Room Condition l
The room is not clean with outdated furniture and decoration. TV screen has been broken with spots when watching program and not even able to use casting service for Netflix or Disney+. We have found small roaches crawling around in the room during our stay. The carpet on the floor is pretty dirty. The bathroom is not clean, especially the toilet and bathtub. We see lots of dirty stained spots. And the room rate is pretty pricey during our stay for more than 200 USD a night. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall quality of this hotel need renovation.

酒店位于居民区，附近小超市水果店菜店众多，肉铺和水产店的味道较大。 酒店装修较陈旧，房间内设施老旧，房间窗户对面是极破旧的楼房。 前台服务还周到热情。

在香港这个房间算挺大的了，都挺好，交通方便。就是稍旧了点，但可以接受。服务也不错。每晚￥300多港币的价格在港岛有这样的条件很不错了。

Poor service and poor cleanliness
Poor service.I had asked for a non-smoking room but they gave me a smoking room and said the rooms were fully booked and could not be changed. The cleanliness of the room was poor. Dirty sink and bathroom, I had to clean all the areas before staying.

因為酒店房間安排在高樓層，盡享維港兩岸日夜景色。雖然酒店已興建多年，整體裝修和設備已算不錯。酒店只前檯和清潔員工友善，疫情期間管理可接受。周邊食肆，商場林立，交通十分方便。
