The whole staying experience doesn't worth HKD
1. The front desk staff said that my room had been upgraded to a recent renovated, however the carpet is dirty with stains, the the gaps between walls and cabinets are full with wooden chips, the shower hosts are old with stains etc. 2. The towels are unhygienic and with pubic hair 3. Check out time is too early comparing to normal hotels 4. No drinking water refilled

The interior of the room does not match the online picture when booking the hotel. The towel was worn out. As I stayed for two nights. there was no additional drinking water at second day. The hotel is outdated. The reception staff said they would help me upgrade, but in fact, compared to peers, the upgraded room is actually more rudimentary

酒店雖然舊但大致整潔 酒店位於市中心交通都方便 如商務住一星期都可以的 找食店附近有很多 但佢酒店本身有餐廳都好認真 地道香港菜 他們都做到！ 房間服務都很快有禮貌

Do not recommend this hotel if you're not staying on their "Signature" level (second floor) and highly advise you Google why only the second floor has been renovated. Stayed on the 9th floor for 3 nights, and the room was right in front of the elevators. Their walls and doors are very thin, so you can hear people talking and coming in and out of the lifts. Had random people try to enter my room twice, and there wasn't any deadbolts or secondary locks. Room was very old and dim, with peeling wallpaper and dusty headboards.

Lots of issues. Won't be back.
Lots of issues in our 9 days stay. Internet was down on 5 nights, and was extremely slow in the remaining days. Water mixer in the shower was not working well. Insufficient power-points. Air-con was very noisy.

方便走到著名商務地點
對於一般商務人士來說是個很方便也舒服的空間。附近靠近香港灣仔站與銅鑼灣站。走路到維多利亞港約20分鐘而已很方便。價格合理。

一間改進中的酒店
年初四入住，某樓層客房竟然爆水管，不知是否水為財。 大堂電梯不能用，很多住客要用員工電梯。 被upgrade 有廳間隔房間，雖然有些殘舊，花灑舊式set 在牆上，浴缸不能當浴缸用，去水扭制不能塞住，還好不太需要用。 空間大的確舒適，可是有很多要改進的地方。 是一間舊式酒店慢慢翻新裝修中。 不過沖涼用品不錯，有薰衣草味。 電梯多人等，有時自己行樓梯，不過行6樓還是會喘氣。 還需要時間改進的酒店

酒店比較舊，冲涼曾經試過突然變了冷水，要兩天才會幫你更換毛巾，床單及枕頭袋亦是差不多，而且沒有飲用水提供，我曾住過很多間酒店，覺得最差呢閒，以後都不會考慮再入住。
